A Well furnitured house with a beautiful garden that is less than 30 sec walk to the Çalış beach where is famous for sunset. You can have time at Çalış beach, reach home in a minute to rest in a beautiful garden. There are nice cafes and restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The buses, taxi office and water taxi to Fethiye are very close to home that you can travel very easily! There is also a free car park opposite the house.

There is a walking path closed to traffic in front of our house, which is located on the beachfront within the private property. You can go directly to the beach and swim in the sea from the house. You can watch the sunset from the garden of the house and enjoy the wonderful view. For shopping, Migros is a 2-minute walk. Our house is a 10 minute drive from the city center. 45 km to Dalaman Airport.
