Our 1+1 house has 2 bathrooms & toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, an oven, and a microwave. Ideal for guests looking for a stone house for daily rent, our home is suitable for short- and long-term stays. A free ceramic workshop experience is also offered during your stay. Our house, located in the center of Üzümlü, is within walking distance to wineries and grocery stores, and a 20-minute drive to the bays.

Tinton’s House by Şaman

Tinton is a nickname, my brother-in-law's grandfather's nickname. Shaman is the name of our boutique, our first and biggest business in commercial life. The restoration/renovation of the house was completed in October 2022, it was furnished with great care and elegance. A combination of 2 apartments, also used independently, at a central point. You can't drive into the street. You climb 80 steps to the house. Not suitable for those with walking difficulties. Fireplaces are for decoration and are not suitable for use.
