Villa Cavvali

Our villa is located in the most elite district of Fethiye and is very close to the center, the sea, entertainment, parks and sports areas, and is very close to pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets and restaurants. Our villa, which has three suite rooms, has a Turkish bath, sauna and a double Jacuzzi in both rooms. In monthly rentals, water, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning are the responsibility of the tenant. Security deposit is $700 The pools are closed from November 1 to April 30 due to weather conditions.

Yellow House is a two-person inverted duplex — you enter from the upper garden, and the house descends into the landscape below. Private, tucked-in, and completely surrounded by nature. The sheltered garden holds a large jacuzzi with open mountain views. A balcony faces the sunset directly. Inside: a double bed, sitting area, and mini kitchen — everything you need, nothing you don't. Shared pool, sauna, and playground are steps away. À la carte restaurant on-site.

Tinton’s House by Şaman

Tinton bir lakap, eniştemin dedesinin lakabı. Şaman, ticari hayattaki ilk ve en büyük işimiz olan butiğimizin adı. Evin restorasyonu / tadilatı 2022 Ekim ayında bitti, oldukça özenli ve şık döşendi. Merkezi bir noktada, bağımsız olarak da kullanılan 2 dairenin birleşimi. Sokağa araba ile girilmiyor. 80 basamaklı bir merdiven ile çıkılıyor eve. Yürüme güçlüğü çekenler için uygun degil. Şömineler dekorasyon amaçlı olup, kullanıma uygun değildir.
