Located in Üzümlü, Fethiye, our fully renovated stone house with a garden offers a peaceful and comfortable stay in the midst of nature. Our 1+1 house has 2 bathrooms & toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, an oven, and a microwave. Ideal for guests looking for a stone house for daily rent, our home is suitable for short- and long-term stays. A free ceramic workshop experience is also offered during your stay. Our house, located in the center of Üzümlü, is within walking distance to wineries and grocery stores, and a 20-minute drive to the bays.

Our villa is located in Fethiye's Karaağaç neighborhood. Karaağaç is located at an altitude of 900 meters above sea level, with the village people and tourism facilities. We are in a location with access to many beaches, especially Ölüdeniz. Our region has a less humid climate compared to the center of Fethiye, which is extremely humid in the summer months. You can't drive into the street. You climb 80 steps to the house. Not suitable for those with walking difficulties. Fireplaces are for decoration and are not suitable for use.
