We were very satisfied with our 4 night stay with 5 people. Mr. Metehan was a host who thought of everything down to the last detail. She was helpful even with our smallest need. The interior and garden part of the house were very tidy and quite clean. Every room was just like the photos, there was no difference. We definitely plan to stay here for our next trips. Mr. Cihan was interested and devoted to the exit from his entrance, he responded quickly when we needed it, we were able to communicate very comfortably with him. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. We were particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness – everything was sparkling clean, well-maintained and lovingly prepared. You feel immediately welcome and comfortable. The villa is not only tastefully furnished, but also ideally located: the beach is only a few minutes away, which is especially convenient for relaxing days by the sea. At the same time, the city is also within easy reach - ideal if you want to take a stroll, go out for a meal or go shopping. Another highlight was the private pool: clean, pleasantly tempered and perfect for cooling off and relaxing – a real plus! The combination of tranquility, comfort, proximity to the beach and proximity to the city makes this accommodation truly special. We can recommend it without restrictions and will be happy to come back!

The villa was great, it had all the basic necessities you could need. The privacy was perfect. Sinan was a great host, he made sure that we had everything we could need and the villa was spotless when we arrived.

Mr. Onur was very helpful from the moment we checked into the house. The house was available so it allowed us to check in early. It was also as stretching as possible for checkout. We were able to reach them quickly when we needed them and they provided very quick support. Thank you😊 The house is very beautiful and very pleasant. The location of the house is in the city, but it feels like out of the city because it's in a whole lot of land. 5-10 minutes by car to everywhere. We were able to easily go to all the bays. When we wanted to stay in the house, the garden, pool and the amenities of the house felt very comfortable. It's a completely private space that's not visible from the outside. The stars look perfect at night. We were incredibly satisfied with our 5 night stay in this house. If you're among the different options, you can choose without a second thought.

The house was perfectly clean, the garden was nice and quiet, and the pool was cleaned everyday. We felt at home and will be back as soon as possible. I even told my wife I was going to ask for an option to buy the place.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Host was welcoming and helpful. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean--my kids had a great time swimming and playing in the pool during our stay. The air-conditioning worked great! The kitchen was big and made our stay easy. Everything was well maintained and felt safe. Would stay there again.

They also bought the other apartments in the building where I stayed before and started to provide services with 4 apartments. We were thinking of renting a villa, we rented this apartment at a cost of less than half the price and it was almost in the comfort of a villa, it deserved our money to the end, it is cheaper than the apartments in the large site consisting of 20-30 apartments, much more well-maintained and peaceful. We would like to thank Ms. Necla's son Özgür very much, he responded to our messages very quickly and made suggestions for activities we could do in the region, the location is excellent.

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

It was a nice accommodation. A great experience for anyone planning to stay in the Kabak area. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Melek for her very quick communication. We were guests as 2 families. We were greeted by her parents and we really felt at home:) There was a large environment where they would move comfortably, especially for our young children, both inside the house and in the garden of the house. In summary, the cleaning order was very good, thank you very much for your efforts:)

The owner of the apartment was kind to us. There was hot water, in general the apartment was very clean and bright.

The location of the house is right next to the greenhouse. We found the address easily. We had no problems settling in the house. It was exactly as described in the advertisement and shown in the photographs. We were satisfied with the house. It was very useful to have a dishwasher and a washing machine. The house and rooms are spacious. There are two toilets. It made us very comfortable. In the kitchen, there were all kinds of plates, bowls, glasses, breakfast sets, etc. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. As a small piece of advice, you may need another air conditioner because the house is large. There are two air conditioners. When we close all the windows, it cools the house in hours, but when it is a little hot outside or when you cook in the kitchen, the air cooled by the air conditioner can get hot. Other than that, I have no suggestions or recommendations. I recommend it to everyone.
