We had an amazing time in the apartment! The place is even better in real life than in the pictures. The atmosphere, combined with the morning sunlight and evening sunsets, made it truly special. The view and the terrace are absolutely exceptional—you can enjoy breathtaking panoramas of the sea and the city of Palermo, especially magical at night. One of the highlights was being able to swim just steps from the apartment. Just a short walk down and you’re in the sea—such a luxury! A huge thank you to our wonderful hosts for their warm hospitality. They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Knowing we were traveling with a little one, they thoughtfully prepared a cozy, sweet little bed with adorable bedding! The kitchen was very well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. We also received a list of recommended bakeries, restaurants, and places to visit, which was extremely helpful and much appreciated. Thank you again for everything!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach atemberaubend. Die Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt – ebenso die Küche. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea verlief reibungslos. Besonders hilfreich: Er hat uns ein Taxi vom Flughafen organisiert und war jederzeit erreichbar. Andrea ist uns in allem sehr entgegengekommen und hat den Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gemacht. Die Wohnung liegt in angenehmer Nähe zum Zentrum von Mondello – den Strand konnten wir bequem zu Fuß erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Restaurants, und auch Palermo ist mit dem Bus unkompliziert erreichbar. Unser Aufenthalt in Mondello war großartig – nicht zuletzt dank Andrea und seiner schönen Unterkunft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

We had a fantastic stay at Alessandro's place! The apartment was perfect for our group of four - spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It came with everything we needed, including air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, strong wifi, a washing machine, and even a grill in the backyard that we used for a couple of great meals. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the waterfront, restaurants and shops. Private parking was a huge plus, and the neighbourhood felt safe and relaxed. Alessandro was incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in and our entire stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the Palermo area!

Wir waren eine Woche bei Pietro. Die Wohnung liegt gut, man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten am Meer und mit dem Zug schnell in der Stadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und während des gesamten Aufenthalts mit Tipps zu Restaurants oder Ausflügen in die Stadt bestens beraten - Fragen wurden binnen Sekunden beantwortet. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir freuen uns darauf, bald wieder zu kommen :)

We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly equipped apartment in Palermo! Apartment had absolutely everything we needed - including a laundry machine, which made our stay even more comfortable. Francesco is a fantastic host: welcoming, kind, and thoughtful. He kindly accommodated our changed arrival time, which made us feel right at home after a long flight. The location is ideal—very well connected by public transport. Getting to and from the airport was seamless, and Mondello Beach is just a short bus ride away. The neighborhood is excellent, with plenty of great restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries just a short walk from the apartment. It was a real pleasure staying here and experiencing Palermo from this lovely home. Highly recommend!

Thanks to Marina and Alessandro, we had a wonderful vacation. Sferracavallo is a charming part of Palermo, quiet, with great views on the mountain and the sea. The village has little shops, restaurants and people are friendly. Marina and Alessandro facilitate everything for you. Just ask!

we loved our stay at here! it's a truly beautiful and comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood of Palermo, many attractions and great bars within a short walk. the terraces are just a dream, we spent a lot of time just enjoying the space. Valentina was very responsive and helpful: there was some construction and scaffolding that went up on the facade of the building during our stay, and she checked in with us to make sure it was ok. would absolutely recommend staying here! just be prepared for the 4 very steep and narrow flights of steps: wasn't too much of an issue for us but it is quite a climb if you have any kind of mobility issues.

don’t even know where to start! just a perfect place in Mondello, pristine clean, freshly renovated, fresh pastries every morning, incredible sea view, infinite swimming pool, steam room, super comfortable bed, welcome drinks, free parking and obviously the most hospitable and loving hosts ever!!! Angelo’s wife even did my laundry on the request, just truly splendid in every detail felt like home and definitely will come back thank you beautiful Barbarella and Angelo for this time
