Beautiful property. From the gardens and pool to the outdoor kitchen, it felt like your own private oasis. We wished we had more time and could have stayed another week.

Excellent stay and wonderful hosts! Will definitely be back!

We were a family of seven, grandparents, parents, three very active boys (ages 6-12). The owner and his wife were gracious hosts, greeting us with Easter time treats. The house and gardens are even more impressive than the description. Our beds were comfortable. The kitchens were well-equipped. We had a mishap and the host generously helped to solve it. You must have a car. The host can recommend excellent beaches and fun things to do We would love to return.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It’s the perfect getaway from the busy city life’s we lead. The villa is beautiful and there is the added bonus that Massimo (the owner) has a pizza restaurant in the town which we went to twice and were well looked after. Would certainly recommend staying

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, with great views of the sea on every level. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

We have very much enjoyed a week in Ute’s lovely house. Well equipped, very private and quiet, we felt at home instantly! Nice (vegetable) garden, beautiful views to mountains and from roof terrace also to sea. Pool is lovely. Like I said to Ute: a real paradise. We hope to return in future! Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. We just loved this place! Valeria and her father Aldo were delightful hosts, always at the ready to help with whatever we needed. The apartment is the entire second floor (American) of a large, elegant house facing the public part of the beach at Mondello--which meant that we simply walked out the door and into the ocean, bringing only our keys and towels. The cheerful sounds of the beach float up to the balcony, where we spent many hours watching the world go by. Yet it was peaceful and quiet at night because the street between the house and beach is entirely closed to car traffic June 3 to September 30. Tons of restaurants nearby, and a 20-25 minute drive to the centers of Palermo and to Monreale. After exploring each day we came home to evening swims. Note: this is a home with personality where a family was raised, not a sterile condo. We loved its homey vibe, lived-in quality, and generous space. Beds, AC, showers, kitchen were all clean and functioned well. Hope to be back soon!

The location was perfect – quiet but still central. I felt very comfortable from the first moment and would definitely book here again. Amazing place! It felt like home. Alessandro was very responsive and kind enough to accommodate any of our needs. Pictures show the beauty of the place: nice private terrace, spacious bedrooms and a nice new kitchen. A small bakery and a supermarket just around the corner was a nice benefit. 10min walk to the beach in a safe area. We will definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay at Salvatore's place. The view from the rooms was breathtaking, the apartment was very clean, and having a private parking spot in Palermo priceless. Salvatore was always very responsive. Check-in was flawless and we felt immediately like at home. The apartment has A/C in the bed rooms, which is a must during summer. The location is perfect to reach Mondello or Palermo's city center in just 10 minutes by car. This gave us the possibility to enjoy both the beach and the cultural beauties of Palermo. We will definitely visit again once we are back in Palermo. Thanks :-)

Very clean and cozy place, Great location and kind host. I’d stay here again!

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

The accommodation was very clean and in good condition, as in the photos. The host was very kind and responded quickly to any questions. The location is a bit far away so you have to walk and in general there is not much to do in the area, however it is very good and it is a quiet place, good for resting.

Apartment is beautiful and just as advertised. Alberto’s mother was there to check us in early and show us around. Even though she didn’t speak English she communicated perfectly with her phone. :) Centrally located to the street food and shops. You do have to take a cab to get to boat excursions and the beach but that is understood when you pick the place. It was wonderful having such a large place with air conditioning and all the amenities you could need. Would definitely stay again.

We had three very nice days at Casa Limon. Werner is a helpful, friendly host. Communication before the trip was great. Werner responds very quickly and gives very accurate information. The place is clean and equipped with everything you might need. The city center and the beach are very easily accessible on foot and you can always find a parking space on the street. Thank you for the wonderful time!

The stay was beautiful, very peaceful and the house was really big with lots of balconies and space! The rooftop was amazing. Laura was also so extremely helpful. We had a bit trouble with getting around since the taxis doesn’t want to drive inside Carini, just to take us outside the city. So Laura helped us getting a local taxi driver who was incredible too. The surroundings are beautiful, not that many restaurants and hard to find a grocery store nearby, but the ones that exist have really nice and friendly staff. The place is really close to the ocean, easy to take a nice walk. We were really happy with our stay, the house was perfect.

The stay was very pleasant and highly recommend. We had everything we needed there. He was so kind to provide things like coffee, Nutella, etc. Armando was very kind. We had our privacy and were able to enjoy the holiday very much. Thank you and wish you all the best .

nice place, neatly located

This is a beautiful apartment if you want to spend time sitting on a terrace overlooking a beautiful view - this is the absolute winning part of this property! We loved the outdoor space, the cool property, the facilities to cook up breakfast and eat on the terrace. We felt very welcome on our honeymoon and would recommend this for a private holiday! Santino offers lots of recommendations and it made our stay super easy. Highly recommend
