The large living room has a separate entrance, private bathroom, small kitchen and balcony overlooking Via della Loggia; it has a double bed on the mezzanine and a sofa bed.

Spacious Apt in Best Area with StunningTerrace

The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

Amazing villa, everything has been finished to a very high standard. The pool is luxurious and has great views over the valley and the sea, and it's so peaceful. We had an amazing week stay. Fabrizio was great to communicate with, providing clear instructions and recommendations when we asked. The only thing to note, is that whilst the villa is very private with the adjacent buildings, an external property does overlook the pool and terrace. But other than that, absolutely perfect.

Very nice and spacious apartment - we were surprised by the size ! It’s a really well renovated old apartment with amazing high ceilings and beautiful old tile floors 🤍 The bathrooms are new and very clean. The city centre and a lot of nice restaurants are in walking distance and just across the street there is big parking space.

The space is impeccable! The air conditioning makes the nights very pleasant, especially with the summer heat. It is beautifully decorated, well furnished and perfectly located for everything on foot (only 2 minutes from the central train station). Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views.
