It's a hidden gem; where you can relax, swim, barbecue, have your own privacy and it is extremely accessible to visit the wonderful sites in Rhodes. Moschoula's hospitality went beyond and more! A lovely week in October sunshine in Pefkos, the villa was perfect for us. It is easy walking distance (3 mins) to a great Greek restaurant. We were welcomed and shown round the villa 😀 wonderful relaxing week within 8 mins drive of Lindos and 10 min walk to centre of Pefkos. The villa is lovely and modern, a little small kitchen, but otherwise comfy beds, luxurious sun beds, lovely swimming pool and beautiful views Thank you 🙏 for the welcome food and drink - perfect after a long day travelling

We had an amazing 4-day stay at this lovely home in Rhodes, Greece. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and even included some thoughtful welcome drinks, which was a great touch. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, the Old Town, and other key spots. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted with arranging taxis to and from the airport and provided excellent local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rhodes!

We are currently driving back from the airport following our amazing week at the Royal albatross villa (2 adults, children aged 16, 13 and 10). We hired a car and drove down to Gennadi, being greeted by the lovely Donna. We loved the villa and felt very quickly right at home! We spent most of our time pottering around the patio and dipping in and out of the pool. The rooms were clean and having an en suite in each room suited us perfectly. I would recommend that the villa would not suit young children or anyone who struggles with stairs as there are quite a few and we found them quite steep. However, we did get used to them and it would certainly not stop us from returning! Exploring Gennadi and the multiple restaurants is a must. We did explore further a field, however, we always returned to Gennadi. Donna was so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, including recommending and booking our restaurants. Overall the villa was lovely and I would recommend wholeheartedly ❤

Very nice airbnb. Konstantinos and his wife Seva were super friendly and welcomed us like family. The airbnb is spacious and super quiet. A dream home for quiet and relaxing holidays. I warmly recommend!

We loved the Panthea luxury villa, amazing location, right by the main strip through the town but set back enough to get some peace and quiet. Villa was spotless and hosts provided everything we needed and more. Lovely veranda to sit and relax in the evening sun The villa was round the corner from the beautiful St Paul’s bay and 5 mins walk away from loads of great restaurants and bars Would highly recommend

It was a really nice experience from the beginning, communication was very good, Panos replied within minutes! The house is a real gem, perfect location! Privacy with a beautiful balcony looking at the see and you are also 1 minute from a really good small shop, where you can buy anything you might need and is also open on Sundays and non-working days. There are also restaurants within walking distance. Two minutes from the house you can also rent boats. From the balcony you can go down to the sea or walk directly to the village beach which was not crowded at all at the beginning of June. The house is spotless! Everything is very clean, the bathrooms are also really nice and clean, the kitchen is well equipped and also very clean. All appliances were working, no broken fridge or micro! Panos gave us a bottle of orange marmalade which was really nice and was also very delicious! Beds were also good and comfortable. Very much recommended, exactly as advertised with a very good host!

We had a great time staying at Claudia’s place! It has everything we needed for a short term stay, and was conveniently located close to the old town/ beach/ grocery stores/ cafes. Claudia was an excellent host, she was very friendly and helped us book a taxi to the airport.

We booked for 7 adults and 3 children. The villa and location was prefect! Zohar was quick to respond to all our questions and accommodated an early check in and late checkout. The private beach access is amazing. They provided travel cots, high chairs, beach towels etc! I would highly recommend for adults or families.

We had a lovely short stay here, fantastic location easily within walking distance to the beach and the local restaurants that were lovely with great staff. Philip and Kathy were great hosts whenever we had questions they replied straight away. No complaints and would definitely come back.

We had an amazing stay, way above our expectations. The place is even better than on the pictures, very spacious and clean. Having a private pool, bbq, and the cleaning service is definitely a big advantage of this place. The area is very peaceful and very close by to some of the most popular beaches. Emmanouil was also a great host, very helpful and accommodating! When I’m back in Rhodes I will definitely stay here again :)

Marina was an excellent host. The house was even larger than I had anticipated, and the location was incredible. It was just a 3-minute walk to popular beach clubs and nice restaurants, and a 20-minute walk to the ferry port. The house was clean, and the beds were genuine large-size beds, not two twins pushed together, making them very comfortable. Although it was July and extremely hot outside, the air conditioning kept the house cool. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Rhodes. Thanks, Marina!

We had a great time at colorful house! The balcony is great to relax and to enjoy the sunset. Many nice restaurants in walking distance. Arian was a great host and always very helpful.

We stayed for a week at Manolis’ house with our 9-month-old daughter and had a fantastic time. The house is peacefully located, yet within walking distance of several restaurants and a quiet beach. We enjoyed many walks with the stroller. Just 5 minutes away, you’ll find a few nice restaurants, a supermarket, and a small, calm beach. A bit further—about a 15 to 20-minute walk—there’s a wider selection of places to eat and explore. We had a rental car, which we would definitely recommend for making day trips and visiting larger supermarkets. One of our favorite spots, Kanaloa Beach Bar, with amazing food, was a short drive south of the house. The house itself was very well equipped and ideal for a stay with a baby. Everything we needed for our daughter was available, including toys and even a lovely double sunbed by the pool (which isn’t shown in the photos). The only small downside was that the double bed in the bedroom was on the narrower side (about 140 cm wide). Manolis=superhost

Manos & Christos were fantastic, could not have been more helpful. Villa Emerald was simply perfect, beautifully maintained, well equipped, spotlessly clean with the most amazing views. The beds are super comfortable with fresh linen change half way through our stay. If I owned a villa abroad, this is the team I would want to run it. Perfect in every way, highly recommended. Such a beautiful villa within walking distance to the old town! It was roughly 20-30 minutes to walk into the old town (this was with a disabled guest who couldn’t walk too fast). Nearby, there are some mini markets and also a swedish bakery! There is also a bus stop just across the road to get to Lindos (massively recommend visiting). Michail was very kind, communicative, and a fabulous host! He helped us with a late check-out which saved us a huge amount of trouble! The villa is on a main road so the traffic can be very loud, even at night, but for us this wasn’t a dealbreaker. The kitchen is great and well equipped. The bathroom is a little unusual where both bathrooms are in the same room, just separated by a glass door. This was easily overcome by just agreeing to always use the furthest away shower so that people could still use the toilet in the first part of the room. Not really an issue - just to be aware! Overall, a BEAUTIFUL villa and I fully recommend to anyone!

Extremely hospitable host; went out of his way to help us with early check in; prompt communication. Beautiful very spacious home, very well maintained inside and out. A bit away from Rhodes town but in an atmospheric village with some good tavernas. Was a pleasure to stay there, would have stayed longer if time permitted.

Great little oasis with pool, each room also has its own little terrace. Very quiet, supermarkets are within walking distance, for everything else a car is recommended. Check in super uncomplicated, room cozy and clean. Recommendation!

Very attractive villa, plenty of room for a family of four. The big pool, lovely outdoor space and amazing views mean this villa is a real find. It’s very hard to find a quality villa with a pool within walking distance to a beach and shops and restaurants - this ticked all those boxes. The inside of the villa is really well done, modern and clean with great air-con. You can get a taxi to near by Lindos, St Paul’s Bay for €15 euro each way. Highly recommend this villa and the host Svetlana was lovely and responsive. Vlycha bay is pebbles so for sandy beach just do some day trips to Lindos, Pallas and St Paul’s. It was lovely and quiet. A 2 minute walk down the steep hill and there are two nice places to eat and drink as well as mini market or super market 10 minutes walk.

What a fantastic holiday we had at Maria's beautiful home, everything was perfect :)
