Villa holiday rentals in Sgourou

Zafeira’s place is incredible. My partner and I had our best holiday yet staying here. The property is in a very peaceful location with an amazing pool (which zafeira and her partner kept extremely clean for us). The villa is well equipped with air conditioning units which kept us very cool and comfortable during the day & night. The kitchen is also well equipped which meant that we could easily make lunches/dinners on days that we didn’t go out. The location of the property is fantastic as it’s around a 20 minute drive to Rhodes old town, which made it easy for us to get there for sight seeing and evening dinners. It’s also within comfortable driving distance of all the other sight seeing areas, so we managed to see all parts of the island that we wanted to. Zafeira is a very welcoming, responsive and friendly host who made us feel very at home. This is an amazing place to stay in Rhodes and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We were a group of 13 and had plenty of room for everyone. The pool is altough not too big, was enough to enjoy. Athina's villa had everything we needed. You definitely need a car to get to the place. The location is a good starting spot to explore the island, as you are not too far away from most of the beaches. Athina herself is very kind and responsive. Overall we had a wonderful and unforgettable stay.

Navtia is a wonderful host, extremely polite, understanding person. As soon as we got off the ferry, he kept in touch with us and made it very easy for us to find the house and enter the house. The house is located in a peaceful and private place among the trees on a really large plot. As soon as we entered the house, Navtia offered us a cold fruit plate and told us all about the house. All the amenities mentioned were fully provided at home. He met all our demands and answered our questions in a very short time. We would like to thank Navtia again for allowing us to have a wonderful stay... 🙏🖐️

We had an excellent stay, the hosts were very welcoming and responsive. We really liked the flexibility there was at check in. The villa is well planned and new. The courtyard area is spacious and everything is thoughtfully planned. The house is fully equipped with everything and nothing is missing. Our only issue was that there was no hot water for most of the time but we were somehow able to manage. Overall I highly recommend.

What a fantastic holiday we had at Maria's beautiful home, everything was perfect :)

We had a very pleasant stay at the house! First of all, both the house and the yard are very spacious, with different corners to enjoy sitting. The house stands almost alone, not part of a touristic hub, and yet is in a close distance from supermarkets, bakeries and anything else you might need. Some of the beds were not comfortable, probably time to replace the mattresses. The house is very decorated, which gives a personal touch, but might not suit everyone’s taste. In spite of these minor drawbacks, I must stress that we stayed at three different houses in Rhodes, and all of us felt that this one was the most comfortable! We will gladly return there for another stay.

This is a top quality villa. We stayed for 10 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Efrosini was extremely helpful with lots of fabulous local authentic restaurant suggestions. My youngest son needed some antibiotics whillst we were there and she helped us with the pharmacist. We enjoyed several nights eating in, using the BBQ and well equipped kitchen. We would highly recommend hiring a car if you want to get out and about to beaches and the old town of Rhodes although you could rely on taxis. Thank you for such a great holiday - we loved Rhodes.

Wonderful house in a great location and everything we needed was provided.

We booked for 7 adults and 3 children. The villa and location was prefect! Zohar was quick to respond to all our questions and accommodated an early check in and late checkout. The private beach access is amazing. They provided travel cots, high chairs, beach towels etc! I would highly recommend for adults or families.

Emmanuel is very accommodating and always available. With many recommendations and a beautiful place to stay, he made our vacation unforgettable. We are very excited! Thank you, Emmanuel

Stayed for 5 nights, lovely view and house in general. The host was very responsive and organised transport to and from the airport. 5 stars all round.

The vacation we wished wouldn’t end! Traveling in April led us to Serene with the heated pool and it was definitely worth it. Manos was responsive and the home was just like the pictures. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Definitely rent a car if you are looking to see Lindos and are visiting before May 1, that’s when the nearby restaurants open.

We had a wonderful stay. There was wine in the fridge and bread and spread and milk for the morning plus other goodies. Particularly good as we arrived well after the shops had closed. Wonderful pool, comfortable beds and easy to get to the beach with a slightly tough walk back uphill - but good for the fitness! Thoroughly recommended.

What an amazing villa, a group of 10 of us stayed here for 5 nights. We had an amazing time, the villa is very spacious with a wonderful pool and outside area. All the rooms are very comfortable with A/C throughout. Despina gave us local recommendations and helped us with taxi organisation which for a group of 10 was very helpful. It’s only a 10 minute taxi to the old town and there is plenty of restaurants nearby as well. We would 100% recommend Despina’s Villa

I spent a week in Kosta's villa and like all the other reviews can happily rate it 10 out of 10. The villa is beautiful, modern and clean with all mod cons. The front of the house gets the sun in the morning and we loved sitting there having our breakfast each morning. In the afternoon / evening the back of the property gets the sun and we could sit outside looking out at the pool and the mountains beyond - heaven. Kostas and his father George were in regular contact, making sure we were OK and if we needed anything. George took us to the supermarket twice in his car and waited for us patiently outside - what a guy!! Kostas allowed us to stay for and extra 10 hours past our check-out time without charge - again what a guy, can you imagine anyone else doing that? The area was peaceful, there were a few other holidaymakers staying in the nearby villas but we hardly saw them. Kostas and George aren't merely renting out a property, they are making sure you are enjoying your stay too 😊

This is the best airbnb we ever stayed. Yiannis was very responsive, kind and very helpful on every aspect. The villa is nicely decorated, spacious and in a peaceful and quiet surroundings and yet you can walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. We had a bbq at the villa the last night and Chrysa was kind enough to make us a delicious cake to say farewell. We are sad to leave but will definitely go back again.

Fabulous stay at Villa Billys. Spotless, comfy beds, exterior sunbathing area and pool were lovely. The villa had everything we needed and more. We found it easy to get taxis. Only 10 mins to Rhodes, 15 to faliraki. Lovely traditional/local restaurant within walking distance. Would definitely stay again

We had such a lovely stay at the Green Villa in Rhodes! The villa itself was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip with friends. Konstandinos was a great host – super helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had over text. His parents met us when we arrived and gave us a warm welcome, showing us around and making sure we were settled in comfortably, which was a really nice touch. Definitely would recommend! 🇬🇷

This place was well worth it. The host was excellent in all areas. Very personable and helpful. We were provided with complementary fruits bowl and a bottle of wine. Response time to any enquiries was super fast and we lacked for nothing during our stay. My favorite part was the pool, it was checked and maintained regularly. The view of the ocean from the property is truly beautiful. best value for money hands down.

Before our arrival at the villa, the lovely Helena checked in with us several times to make sure our transportation was arranged and that we would arrive safely and promptly. When we arrived at the villa, it looked exactly like the photos—if not better! Our jaws dropped at the beauty, and the view surrounding the villa was even more breathtaking. The hospitality was excellent—Helena was very responsive and checked in with us to ensure everything was going well. There's no doubt she significantly enhanced our experience. The villa was spotlessly clean, luxurious, and it’s clear that the architectural design behind the property is outstanding. We’ll definitely be coming back, and some of our friends have already booked their own stays in the near future. Thank you so much for the incredible hospitality and for the privilege of staying !

If this villa is available for the dates you want then our advice is to secure it right away. We had a fantastic week and everything exceeded our expectations. Great inside and out, the pool was a delight and so too was the outside eating area. Joanna and the local office were super-helpful. Maritsa was perfect for us with lively restaurants and quiet countryside.

Wonderful week in Kiotari! We had a fantastic time at this place! The location in Kiotari is perfect – quiet, but still well connected. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated and exactly as described. The private pool was a particular highlight – every day we could relax, swim and enjoy the sun. The hosts were also very friendly, helpful and always available when we had questions. The communication went smoothly, the check-in was uncomplicated and we immediately felt welcome. Overall a wonderful week – we can absolutely recommend the accommodation and would come back anytime!
