Holiday rentals with beach access in Shell Beach, Pismo Beach

The place was great, host was great, and it help make for an overall wonderful trip. Will definitely try and come back again

Diane's Nottage was the best Airbnb I've stayed in recently - I am a clean freak, and this place did not disappoint! The ample counter space in the bathroom was a pleasure, as was the big, new shower and comfy living area. She clearly labeled all of the light switches which was a huge help. I loved the backyard garden and the overall layout of the Nottage - It felt so private and safe. I now want more reasons to visit SLO so I can book Diane's home again!!

We went for a family birthday weekend and this was a great place for that! Despite being close to the main street, it was quiet and the outside deck was a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy views of Morro Rock. Everything was clean and ready to go. We would definitely return!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Captain’s-Stunning Bay & Ocean Views! Matt and Toni were wonderful hosts . From the moment I inquired about the apartment they showed attentiveness and quick response and a very warm welcome once we arrived. I’d mentioned that my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and they surprised us with a sparkling Rose’ wine bottle with a happy anniversary card and a happy anniversary letters banner hanging from the living room window. There was an area on the floor with doggie mat and a basket with doggie treats and amenities. They even emailed us a guidebook of the nearby restaurants and places to visit. The views from the windows facing the bay were breathtaking and picturesque and could hear sea lions barking. The apartment was very clean and didn’t even have any pet odors considering that pets are welcome. The neighborhood was peaceful and serene and we felt safe walking down to the bay even after dark. The perfect mini vacation.

Great hosts! Definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys a great view of the beach, a close walk to the pier, and for live music next door at Schooner's.

An absolutely great place to stay! It was as advertised with great decor and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is conveniently located near everything the area has to offer, especially the beach! Bikes are a fun bonus! The host, Kyle, was attentive and responsive. We can't wait to return!

We only stay at Jody’s place when we visit Pismo! She is the greatest! We are already looking forward to our next trip!!!

This was my third time staying with Susan and Greg, and every stay at their cottage in Baywood has been a blast. It’s peaceful, quiet, and Susan and Greg are wonderful hosts. The cottage is in the perfect spot to be able to walk to anything in Baywood Park (be sure to check out High Street Deli and Noi’s 2nd Street Cafe!). I’ve made it a point to stay here every time I’m down in the area for a longer trip, I can’t recommend it enough.

Very cute place in Oceano which was conveniently located near SLO and Pismo Beach. Violeta is a responsive host who made check-in super clear. And we loved being greeted with awesome snacks and I always very much appreciate well stocked coffee! It was perfect for our family of three. But what made it special was the s’mores fixings to accompany the fire pit on the back porch! Very nice touch.

We stayed at Jim and Michelle’s Avila Beach house from Tuesday to Sunday with my husband, sister, and our two young children (ages 3 and 5), and had a wonderful experience. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the home was exactly as described. The location was ideal—just a few blocks from the beach and playground, which made it easy for the kids to scooter back and forth. The outdoor space was a great spot to relax and play games, and the kitchen was well stocked, which made cooking at home convenient. The beds were comfortable, and parking was easy and hassle-free. Jim and Michelle were quick to respond to any requests or questions we had before, during, and even at checkout, which made the stay feel seamless and stress-free. Overall, it was a fantastic, family-friendly stay, and we’d happily return in the future.

Place was beautifully decorated. The place made you feel like staying inside all day. The backyard made me feel like I need to redo my own backyard in inspiration of this one. There is everything you might need in this place. The beds are extremely comfortable, the place smells nice too. I definitely recommend staying here, I would stay again. Here’s a polished and friendly review you can use for Airbnb: We loved our stay at Thomas’s place! The location is perfect—walking distance to great bars, restaurants, and just steps from the water. The space itself is super cute, private, and comfortable. Thomas has two cats and a dog, all incredibly friendly, but the real star of the show is his co-host, Sylvester the cat. He’s got a big personality and was happy to hang out with us as much as we let him. If you’re a cat lover, you’ll adore him. The house was stocked with a few thoughtful provisions, and we especially appreciated the ice cream bars—such a nice touch. Hopefully Thomas’s place is available the next time we’re in Los Osos. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Lovely stay in Baywood Bay with a communicative and kind host! There’s so much to do in the area and this is a great place to stay to explore all the fun things to do nearby. And the cottage is so cute!

Kristina and Tony were great hosts! We had a group of 6 and the house was perfect in size, had great amenities and the upper deck was amazing! The house is in a very peaceful area, and in close vicinity to everything you might need. I’d recommend this spot to anyone and hope to come back in the near future :)

We had an amazing stay. The space is close to restaurants and supermarkets and close to the beach. It is a very convenient location. We can park inside the garage so no worries about the parking. The kitchen got everything in it: microwave, big fridge, oven, rice cooker, pots and pans, utensils cups and plates, and dishwasher. The only down point is that the kitchen sink faucet is a little wobbly , so you need to use with care. The bedrooms are nice and clean and the bathrooms are also clean. The 1/2 bathroom downstairs is a big plus , especially for a large party like ours. Upstairs bedrooms are carpeted and downstairs is wooden / or tile. So the house rule is not to wear outside shoes upstairs in order to keep the carpet clean. Mike is very pleasant in allowing us to bring our own indoor slippers to wear upstairs. Overall it’s a nice convenient space and we had a great time here. We definitely recommend this place and would stay here again

Great place with incredible view of the beach. Walkable to everything in Pismo, including the beach itself, but also a cozy and peaceful place to be if you don't feel like going out. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed every moment of our girls weekend getaway! Loved the view to the beach and watching the waves come in and people pass by…we parked our car in the garage and didn’t move it all weekend. We walked to the restaurants located steps away from the unit and enjoyed every bite we had - calamari and chowder at Schooners, waffles and breakfast tacos at Hidden Kitchen, and delicious fresh donuts and fritters from Surf Rat. We meandered through the antique stores and enjoyed a good night’s sleep at the end of each day in the comfy beds. Can’t wait to go back!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was clean, cozy and fully stocked. We spent lots of time on the porch enjoying the view and watching all the happenings on the beach, talking to neighbors and the staff at Slappy’s next door and our evening campfires. We will definitely be staying here again! There are 2 parking spots in the garage ideal for smaller cars or SUVs and a lot across the street that charges $20 a day where we parked our Tundra.
