Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Shell Beach, Pismo Beach

It’s the second time me and my wife have stayed at Joan’s cottage. It was even better than we imagined. The place is extremely cozy, lovely and clean. The location is amazing, surrounded by a peaceful neighborhood and the views are awesome. It smells like the ocean, you’re so close to it. I look forward to a third visit in the future. The hosts are so responsive and helpful, they were awesome. 12 out of 10, would certainly always recommend.

We went for a family birthday weekend and this was a great place for that! Despite being close to the main street, it was quiet and the outside deck was a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy views of Morro Rock. Everything was clean and ready to go. We would definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay at Colin’s beach house! The space was spotless, beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with a great deck and lovely ocean views from both inside and out. The washer and dryer were super convenient after a few days of camping, and we really appreciated that the home is dog-friendly. It's also a short, easy walk to town and local restaurants. We’d absolutely stay here again—thank you, Colin, for being such a great host!

Sherry was one of the best airbnb hosts I ever experienced, she really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great trip. The unit was very clean and well-equipped. The living/dining area was somewhat on the small side, so I wouldn't recommend for more than 2 adults and a child, but it worked great for us! Would absolutely stay here again. Location is very convenient, and there is a really nice walking trail in the open space behind the property. We had a great time in SLO!

This home was great! Absolutely no complaints! Corey and the team were very proactive in contacting us and everything was super clear. In case your group brings two cars, just know there's only one parking spot on the property but plenty of street parking nearby. My group had two cars and I had absolutely no issue finding parking and the area felt really pretty safe. Highly recommend for a weekend trip to check out SLO and that part of the central coast!

This spot could not be more perfectly located for someone wanting to experience and spend time in Downtown SLO. The amenities and space were well stocked and helpfully organized. The entire place has so much charm and immediately felt at home. Check in was easy to do on my own and I was able to find parking right out front for my entire stay. Being just blocks from the main street of downtown SLO makes it perfect if you want to be walk to meals or coffee or downtown activities.

Great location within a couple blocks of downtown Paso! The apartment was comfortable and nice.

Fantastic stay. Best Airbnb yet. Beautiful, clean, artful. We had all the amenities and more. The location is the best spot in Avila Beach. David and Mellissa anticipated all our questions.

The place was cozy, spotless, and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and amenities I wanted to explore. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Chelsea’s place is a gem in SLO. It is situated in a prime location where you can walk 1 min to the Co-Op grocery store or 4-5 min to restaurants nearby. The house itself had all the amenities listed and was very spacious. It was perfect for working remotely. Chelsea was very responsive prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing! This house provides the quality of a 5 star hotel and more. Except that hotels may not feel cozy which this house did! All little details at home, super comfortable beds, beautiful backyard, room for kids with toys… as well as the location was perfect. This was definitely one of the best Airbnbs I stayed at! Thank you for the host who was also very responsive.

This was our first time using Airbnb and we were not disappointed! Debbie was very nice and responsive to any questions. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we were looking for. We celebrated my son’s first birthday and this was the perfect place to have the intimate birthday we wanted (us and our 4 kids). We were able to cook 3 home meals during our stay and spent 2 days at the beach. The only downside was we do have a larger car that we didn’t want to park in the garage and spaces were limited. We parked on the street but it was no problem and not far from the space at all. We will definitely look into booking again. Thank you for opening your home to us.

We had a very comfortable stay. We did a little cooking in the kitchen while we were there and we found everything we needed. It was nice to have some basics in the house and not have to buy everything we needed to cook! The house is very clean and the hot tub was a nice place to relax at the end of the evening. It was also really nice to have the beach chairs for our day at the beach, and beach towels for the hot tub. John was extremely responsive and very easy to work with! They really have thought of a lot of details! We never found ourselves saying “I wish we had…”. We would not hesitate booking this house again.

Wonderful 5 nights at this Beautiful House right on the ocean. The house is well equipped and well cared for, and a very peaceful retreat with fabulous ocean views. Kitchen is well stocked, and the living room/dining room has a great TV and sound system. We really enjoyed our stay. Plus just a few minutes from some great hiking right on the water.

The place was really really great. Had big and clean kitchen and i was travelling with 7 people but it had huge space in the sitting area as well as bigger rooms, overall i had an amazing stay. My family was happier than ever. Totally looking forward to visit again. Reid and Jacy are very generous and kind.

Great place with incredible view of the beach. Walkable to everything in Pismo, including the beach itself, but also a cozy and peaceful place to be if you don't feel like going out. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was phenomenal and we were able to easily walk to and from downtown. The condo itself was wonderful and comfortably fit 5 of us. The rooftop patio was unforgettable, and we spent a lot of time up there enjoying the scenery. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting SLO!

Enjoyed every moment of our girls weekend getaway! Loved the view to the beach and watching the waves come in and people pass by…we parked our car in the garage and didn’t move it all weekend. We walked to the restaurants located steps away from the unit and enjoyed every bite we had - calamari and chowder at Schooners, waffles and breakfast tacos at Hidden Kitchen, and delicious fresh donuts and fritters from Surf Rat. We meandered through the antique stores and enjoyed a good night’s sleep at the end of each day in the comfy beds. Can’t wait to go back!

Great quiet place. 10 minutes away from downtown and CalPoly.

Perfect spot, perfect condo. Very much enjoyed this beautiful home for our stay. Everything was clean and comfy, good assortment of amenities, can’t beat the ocean views for sure. The gated private parking was a huge plus as we were driving a dually one ton and finding street parking would have been a nightmare. Will be my first place to check for availability when I return to Pismo.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was clean, cozy and fully stocked. We spent lots of time on the porch enjoying the view and watching all the happenings on the beach, talking to neighbors and the staff at Slappy’s next door and our evening campfires. We will definitely be staying here again! There are 2 parking spots in the garage ideal for smaller cars or SUVs and a lot across the street that charges $20 a day where we parked our Tundra.

We loved our stay at Marianne’s flat! The apartment felt spacious, clean, and had beautiful views. The location was ideal, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Marianne was very responsive and accommodated a later checkout time. We’d recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again in the future!

We LOVED this little studio. It was bright and inviting and had everything we needed without being busy or cluttered. We were such a short walk to the busy beach and shopping area but felt like we were just far enough away to relax when needed. Thank you for being quick to respond when we messaged you and being flexible too. Such a great weekend stay!
