Large Modern 3 Bedroom Apartment - Free Parking

This 3 bedroom apartment has a double bed, 4 single beds and a sofa bed has recently been renovated. The apartment is perfect for big groups. Private parking at the back makes it a an ideal place to rest up for the night before exploring Glasgow. This welcoming apartment is a short drive to the centre of Glasgow. Various bars and restaurants of all cuisines are at your doorstep, making it a perfect location to experience the Glasgow way of life. There is a lot of free parking is at the back of the building. You will be shown by your host how to enter and exit the parking space. As you enter the property you will be greeted with a large open plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen. A large dining table is also present that will fit 8 people. The large master bedroom with an en-suite comes with a very comfortable sofa-bed. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each. Use of the sofa bed can be requested. You will have exclusive access to this flat during your stay. As SpotHost helps me host, you can be assured to receive an excellent guest experience. The flat will be accessible to check-in on a 24 hour basis via a team member meeting you at the site to introduce the flat and its facilities. Complimentary towels, shampoo, shower gel and soap are provided for our guests, as well as tea and coffee. There is also an information pack in the flat with exclusive discounts highlighting the main attractions, restaurants, the best way to get around in the city and much more. Due to my work commitments, my apartment is managed by a friendly hosting company (SpotHost) who looks after all of my guests on my behalf. You can reach them by messaging here or by calling on the listed phone number. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be more than happy to help you. The flat is very accessible and very centrally located. You will find everything you need at arms reach. Buchanan Street, Argyle Street, SSE Hydro, Central Train Station, George Square, etc. are all a short distance from the apartment. My co-hosting company can arrange transfers to and from the property upon guests’ request. They can also help with luggage storage if you’re arriving early or leaving late. If you require more information or any other service, please ask and we will be more than happy to accommodate. Enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay at this centrally-located traditional apt. Close to the SECC (15 mins) , Glasgow airport (20 mins) and the city centre ( 10 mins) , in a quiet neighbourhood , our apartment has been tastefully decorated to reflect style and comfort . We live in the property below so will be on hand most of the time. Dependant on our availability we may be able to offer airport pick up. The property also has a sofa bed in the living room , providing two sleeping areas.
