Great stay! Awesome location, easy to get around the city. perfect for longer stays.

Firstly, the location of this room is awesome. It’s a very convenient walk to Shin-Okubo station, Shinjuku station, and Higashi-Shinjuku station which is the closest station. The room offered a lot of privacy and I felt right at home. It’s also quite spacious in comparison to many rooms in Tokyo. I didn’t mind myself needed anything extra as everything I might need was provided to me. As for any communication with John, I felt confident that I would get a swift response anytime I needed to contact him. He seems dedicated to giving his guests a great experience in the home. I definitely recommend this room for anyone staying long term in Tokyo!

It was a great stay, the appartement is very good and very cosy. Close to everything like restaurant, transport and activities ! We had a wonderful stay and really felt at home !

We loved staying at Yuta's place in Shinjuku! The apartment was SPOTLESSLY clean and all the amenities (towels, hairdryer, kettle etc.) were very easy to find. In terms of location, it's SO convenient for walking to Shin-Okubo station (just a few minutes away) and the apartment is located a short distance away from a bustling mainstreet in Korea Town. There are plenty of great restaurants and street vendors on your doorstep, and, if K-Pop is your thing, you'll find plenty to do within just a couple of blocks! The only thing I would say as a warning is that, because you're in the heart of such a vibrant district, you can sometimes hear a bit of noise at night - but it was usually very quiet by the time it reached 10 or 11pm. Overall, this is a clean, accessible and conveniently located apartment. We fell in love with Shin-Okubo and would love to stay here again on our next trip to Japan!
