The apartment is located in Alfeld but still quietly located on the Sindelberg, in a purely residential area. From the apartment you can reach the pedestrian zone in approx. 10 minutes' walk. Where you can find shops such as bakeries, supermarkets, etc. A bus stop is located about 10 meters from the apartment, which runs every 30 minutes. Parking is available on the premises. Enjoy your evenings on the balcony, with magnificent views of the Leine Valley.

Welcome to our bright apartment in an ideal location! The living area features a 140x200 cm bed, sofa, desk and dining table, and TV. The fully equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils invites you to cook. The bathroom has a large shower cabin with a rain shower. In the entrance area, there is a spacious wardrobe. The cozy balcony with a view of the forest invites you to relax and enjoy nature. Fast Wi-Fi is available for work or leisure.

Bright and quiet apartment right on the edge of the forest!

The apartment with fantastic views comprises the entire attic of my house. It is located in a quiet location in Lamspringe directly on the edge of the forest and is completely newly renovated. It is accessible via the main entrance via a separate (!) A place of rest close to nature. The bedroom has a large, cozy double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and there is a sofa bed. Wi-Fi, TV, radio available, apartment is well equipped. Small outdoor terrace.

A countryside vacation with alpacas

On the farm live my 9 + 6 year old daughters, me, 2 cats, some rabbits and alpacas. In the large garden there is a small sandbox, a swing, a trapeze, a trampoline and various seating areas. You can slow down and relax. It's an old yard where there's always a lot to do. Weeds do not bother us We are cosmopolitan and tolerant and wish this from the guests as well. There is a bed flat rate in cash (€10 per night) to be paid on site.

The attic apartment has a living area incl. Wi-Fi and Smart TV, a sleeping area for 2 people, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. Electricity station 50m away. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Bus stop 2 minutes. Distance Hildesheim 10 minutes by CAR.

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.
