Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Sicily

The apartment is exactly as described in the listing. Antonio was flexible with check-in and very responsive. The apartment is located close to everything that you would want to see in Taormina.

The apartment exceeded my expectations and I think it is very good value. I especially appreciated how charming, large and spacious the apartment feels. High ceilings make the apartment feel bright and spacious. The location of the apartment is superb, not only very close to the beach, but also close to a supermarket, cafes, a patisserie, and specialty fish shop. Agatha provides details about all of these local gems upon arrival. The apartment is in the seaside town of Letojanni, a very short distance from Taormina. By staying in Letojanni, I think I benefit from a more peaceful, relaxing stay, while still easily reaching Taormina for sightseeing. Agatha is a superb host in every way. Timely communication via the AirBnB app, a very kind in person greeting upon arrival and departure made me feel welcomed and at home. The local recommendations were perfect. Thank you Agatha for helping to make my visit to Letojanni so memorable!

Die grosszügig und modern eingerichtete Wohnung hat eine riesige Terasse mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Erholung pur. Auch der Infinity-Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Es hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Die Unterkunft ist schön und sauber, Maria Ilaria sehr lieb und herzlich! Was die Ruhe betrifft können wir uns den anderen Bewertungen jedoch nicht anschließen. Ab 8 Uhr morgens war der Geräuschpegel auf jeden Fall ziemlich hoch, womit wir aber leben konnten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Logement très propre, à deux pas de la mer et de la rue avec les restaurants. En revanche, c’est très bruyant car les jeunes aiment faire la fête dans la petite ruelle. Nous y sommes restés deux jours et avons passé un très bon moment. Les habitants du village sont très gentils et les restaurants y sont excellents. Le petit bémol de ce village est qu’il est très sale. C’est dommage que les habitants n’en prennent pas davantage soin, car il y a beaucoup de potentiel.

We had a great stay in Tina’s place. Tina was always very helpful and very quick to respond to requests. The place is really peaceful and beautiful. To sit outside and listen to nightingales singing, scops owls calling at night and many more birds was fantastic. The only other noise was the bells on the cows as they came past the house to go for a drink. The flowers along the tracks are gorgeous. The place has a fantastic ambience. A wonderful relaxing retreat. Wish we had been able to stay longer.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und traumhaft. Wir haben uns sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Ho avuto la fortuna di alloggiare a Casa Nuse per tutto la durata del mio soggiorno in Sicilia, e mi ci sono trovata benissimo. Era tutto perfetto, ad iniziare dalla disponibilità di Nunzio e Sebastiano, sono stati davvero gentilissimi nei miei confronti, un vero esempio di accoglienza siciliana! Dotato di tutti i comfort et pulitissimo, l’appartamento è centralissimo rispetto al centro storico, ci si può andare molto facilmente a piedi. Per raggiungere la stazione o l’aeroporto ci sono anche i mezzi che sono proprio quasi sotto casa. Una cosa è certa : tornerò. Grazie di tutto!!

L'appartamento è spazioso e luminoso, con cucina, salone, camera da letto e delizioso terrazzino. Pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Campofelice e dalla spiaggia. Umberto è stato eccellente e ci ha dato moltissime raccomandazioni utili su ristoranti e d'intorni. L'area è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, nessun rumore durante la notte. A due fermate da Cefalù, posizione strategica ma molto tranquilla. Mare limpido con diversi lidi attrezzati. Raccomandiamo senz'altro! 😎

The house is in the centre of Noto, such a beautiful place, it was lovely to have the space which is well described on the listings page, sofa bed worked well and having two bathrooms appreciated as well as a terrace. Its in a great position to walk into town when ever and felt safe too. I would return to Noto and def recommend Salvo's apartment, he and his wife were most helpful when we made contact.

What a wonderful time we had at the Pearl of Sicily!! This stunning private villa has a beautiful sandy beach on your door step!! With the added bonus of a beautiful pool!! The villa was spotless inside and out! Antonion is an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Counting the days to come back to the pearl of Sicily ❤️

Appartamento elegantissimo ed arredato con estremo gusto nel cuore di Scicli, in un angolo tranquillo della città vecchia. Cucina attrezzata, salone ampio e ben areato, camera da letto comoda, bagni entrambi pulitissimi e spaziosi. Unica pecca: manca una connessione Wi-Fi che faciliterebbe l’utilizzo di internet perché le mura spesse talvolta riducono il segnale. In ogni caso valutazione estremamente positiva!!!!

The owners of this charming North-facing little flat overlooking the sea are doing everything they can to make it pleasant and comfy. It's tastefully decorated and roomy. We appreciated that Giacinto put on the heating before our arrival in the first week of March to take off the chill. It must be very pleasant in the heat of summer. The heating/air conditioning unit worked very well. The kitchen is well-equipped. Note that it is 25 minute walk away from Cefalu center. The plus side is that it's very peaceful. We enjoyed hiking in the neighbouring mountains. The apartment is accessible by car through a narrow, hard to negotiate access lane (choose sub compact rentals). Allow also for very steep stairs up and down which you will carry suitcases and supplies. We appreciated that we were given several bottles of water because the tap water is brackish. You must observe septic tank “etiquette” (dispose of soiled toilet paper in a bin) and there is a bidet for those who prefer.

L'appartamento è molto carino e centralissimo, da qui, infatti, è facile muoversi a piedi per qualsiasi zona si voglia visitare! La casa è pulitissima ed è fornita di tutto (anche di tappi per chi soffre di un sonno leggero). E' stato davvero tutto splendido: Palermo e i consigli di Eva sono davvero preziosi, per chi volesse respirare un po' di autenticità fuori dal canonico giro turistico. Spero di tornare a Palermo e di tornare da Eva :)

Even though we haven't met Donatella, everything worked out nicely with the help provided by her. It has been my first foray to Sicily, and i was kinda surprised how much i liked it. It is chaos, but never scary, and somehow full of warmth, affections, all glazed with constant noise:) Water pressure is nice, the inner courtyard from the windows are a fascinating insight into the life of the Palermitani. Bus stop very close to take you to the centre or the airport. The whole length of Via Libertá is a gem. And i have to say, and i dont care how peculiar that sounds, but the owner of Pizza Uno around the corner, Carlo, is a local treasure, a hidden gem, a hardworking, kind, open-hearted hero. Witnessing his place in the calmness of saturday midday (i know by now it was before the storm) and the madness of the evening will stay with me forever. And I also cant forget the trip up to Monte Pellegrino either, for wich the bus 812 is not far away to take You up there.

I loved staying in this apartment mainly for its perfect view at the city and the mountains. The location is perfect, close to main attractions, restaurants and shops. You can find anything in the apartment you can possibly use during your stay, it is nicely equipped. The flat was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, I also liked the high ceilings. The biggest downside is the noise from the street which can be too much for more sensitive people, the worst nights are Fridays and Saturdays. Be ready for this, but it's not so bad with the earplugs. After some time I got used to it. What was little bit worse for me was the noise the dustman made every morning (around 6AM), but on the other hand, the city is cleaner thanks to their job :) I RECOMMEND THIS FLAT!

The place was great, very central, close to many of the spots you might want to see in Palermo. Because the street was undergoing works (May 2025), there was no noise from outside as people were not circulating as much. The place was just as in the photos.

Il nostro soggiorno presso l'appartamento di Riccardo è stato estremamente piacevole. Lui si è dimostrato sempre disponibile anche per servizi aggiuntivi come il deposito bagagli e il check in posticipato.

Mariuccia, Marco et Angelo m'ont accueillie comme une personne de leur famille. Chaleureux, disponibles, généreux et aux petits soins. L'appartement était parfait, d'une propreté impeccable et bien équipé, à quelques pas de la mer. Un séjour court mais inoubliable. Un énorme merci à eux pour tout. Je reviendrais avec le plus grand plaisir. 😊
