Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Sicily

Che dire, esperienza positiva al 110%; host premuroso e reattivo, impeccabile nel saper anticipare eventuali bisogni e necessità. Se la zona non è centralissima questo viene ampiamente compensato in 100 modi che avrete il piacere di scoprire una volta prenotato. Comunque spostamenti in pieno centro agevoli una volta presa dimestichezza: a piedi 15 minuti, stazione metro vicina a 3 minuti, ottimo. In poche parole quando tornerò a Catania so già dove tornare!

The suite was very well appointed. The lighting made it very romantic 🥰. The bed oh so comfortable. Ground floor made suite easily assessable. The frig and wine frig were stocked with all kinds food items and wine. Some free…some you had to buy. This was very much appreciated. Restaurants and shopping close by. Salvo made our stay at R&B suites extra special. Until next time😘😘

Graziella and Filippo’s unit was impeccable. Fully equipped and above expectations. Filippo greeted us personally upon our arrival and oriented us to the condo, which was very nice. He was also readily available throughout our trip. The condo is upscale and modern and gave us plenty of room to ourselves. The view from The living room and bedrooms of the Castello di Milazzo was beautiful and I will never forget it. The balcony is very large as pictured and we enjoyed having our breakfast and dinner while taking in the view. He equipped the living room with a high quality projector and watching movies there was like an experience at a movie theatre. We also rented a mid-sized SUV (by American standards) and it was able to fit in the assigned parking space without issue. The condo is located in a prime location, nearby shopping, bakeries, restaurants, the pier, the beach and the port. I would absolutely recommend his unit and will personally try to return in the future.

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage und schönes Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Sie ist einfach zu erreichen. Der Check-in war sehr einfach und nachdem wir die Wohnung aufgeschlossen haben waren wir beeindruckt wie schön sie ist. Teresa ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

This is a great place to stay in Catania. The huge screen and stereo is awesome! Francesco is a good host and provided clear instructions for everything we needed as well as local recommendations. The kitchen and sink are very small, but honestly not much of problem. Highly recommend this location.

This was an incredible surprise and a great experience. The apartment is huge and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay! The main attraction isn't just one, but for massive terraces where you can enjoy ] stunning sea views over Palermo's main harbor. You are literally on the top of the city! Marina and bunch of restaurants are right below. It was a very comfortable stay for the four of us (two couples). Well worth it. Thank you for the great stay!

During our stay Lorenzo was always ready to help. We even managed to lock ourselves out of the apartment one day and although Lorenzo was far away, he came as soon as he was able and sorted the problem. He wasn’t even upset about us disrupting his day and helped with a smile on his face. He was an amazing host!!

Had a wonderful time at John & Simona’s villa! Suited 7 adults perfectly and the access to the semi-private waterfront was simply divine! Incredibly friendly and helpful hosts, with lots of recommendations and helpful tips to getting around the island. Will definitely be back!

Die Wohnung ist tipp-topp sauber, die Ausstattung so, dass wir kochen und uns richtig wohlfühlen konnten. Die Betten wirklich bequem und alles schön modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Valeria und ihr Mann sind ganz liebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die für uns sogar auf unsere Nachfrage hin einige Sachen besorgt hatten, damit wir Ostermontag ein Frühstück hatten. Der Kontakt war freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Wir lieben den Blick auf das Meer und das Meeresrauschen. In der Vorsaison sehr entspannend und das Örtchen eher unbelebt. Toller Strand. Dass die Terrasse vor dem Haus ist, ist auf den Bildern nicht zu erkennen. Von dort aus sind viele Ziele zum Besichtigen und Wandern gut erreichbar. Kleiner Tipp zur Navigation dorthin: wenn man "Menfi, Via Cristoforo Colombo" eingibt, fährt man nicht daran vorbei.

La struttura ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ma la disponibilità di Michele e della sua famiglia va ben oltre un mero discorso economico. Ci hanno fornito tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Casa con ottima posizione, vicino ha tutti i servizi che possono servire dura te un soggiorno di vacanza o per lavoro. Una chicca, la casa tiene perfettamente il fresco, cosa che in estate fa la differenza. Consigliatissimo sia per la zona che per la professionalità di Michele e famiglia.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Casamare. Dario was a great host and immediately made us feel at home. He was very flexible accommodating our changing check-in time as we weren’t sure exactly when we would arrive. Nevertheless he maintained great communication and was there with a friendly welcome (and some delicious almond biscuits!) when we arrived. The property was in a perfect location for us. In a quiet, private neighborhood 20 mins from Catania and overlooking the Ionian sea. It made the perfect home base as it was an easy day trip to places like Taormina, Etna, and even Siracusa. Also waking up to the view of the sunrise over the sea from the bedroom was a highlight. Overall the property was very clean and modern with tons of amenities. It was well-stocked and had everything we could possibly need. Unfortunately we only stayed a few days but hope to stay again soon as we didn’t have long enough to take full advantage of the endless amenities. Highly recommend!

Excellent séjour au pied de l Etna. Très facile pour aller sur la côte de Catane a Taormina mais aussi Etna, nord, sud et d en faire le tour Giovanni a ete super, pour nous donner les instructions avt notre arrivée mais aussi pendt tt notre séjour. Aux petits soins pour nous proposer des astuces pour optimiser notre temps de visite et nous faire découvrir les traditions siciliennes. Nous sommes ravis de notre étape a Trecastagni. Très joli logement, très bien équipé. Un grand merci pour cet accueil chaleureux.

Wir waren mit unserem 6-Monate alten Sohn dort. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Garten gepflegt und super schön. Wir haben fast die komplette Zeit draußen verbracht. Drinnen ist das Ferienhaus eher funktionell, aber alles ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Einzig das Geschirr war wohl in der Spülmaschine vorher nicht 100% sauber geworden. Wir wurden von Domenico sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten bereits deutlich früher als beschrieben einchecken. Er hat uns ausführlich Tipps für Unternehmungen, den lokalen Restaurants und Spezialitäten gegeben. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, während des Aufenthalts war er immer gut erreichbar und hat uns Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Man ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten an einem wirklich schönen Strand. Als wir über Ostern da waren, war hier auch noch nicht viel los. Der Ort ist nett, aber recht verschlafen. Es gibt einen super Bäcker und eine ausgezeichnete Pizzeria. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

This place is amazing. Perfectly located and with so much to do and see all within walking distance. The apartment being exactly as described. Sladjana was the nicest person ever. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

Our stay at Maria Concetta’s apartment was nothing short of amazing! She was extremely responsive, kind, gave us recommendations, and was always available for us - no matter the time or day. Her place was extremely clean, comfortable, came with all the amenities to make it feel like home. The location itself is in prime Palermo with everything from Via Libertà to the Politeama, the Foro, the historical center, etc. all within walking distance. This place is a true gem and we’ll definitely be back soon! Grazie Maria Concetta!

Great location and the apartment has everything you might need. Very clean. Has a terrific view of the ocean out the front door and directly across the street. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Santo Stefano di Camastra.

We stayed in Chicca house for two nights and the views on display were the most breathtaking we saw for our entire trip. During the day you can see Mt Etna and at night the lights of Catania shine in the distance. Castelmola is a small but beautiful town and even when the fog rolled in it looked like something out of a dream. Chicca met us when we arrived to the apartment and even though there was a language barrier, she was very thorough in showing us where to park, giving a tour of the apartment, explaining the rules of staying in Castelmola and giving us great recommendations for both Castelmola and Taormina. I would highly recommend staying here, it is a locale I will remember for years to come.

Eliana war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie war sehr flexibel und entgegenkommend gegenüber unseren „Extrawünschen“. Wir konnten uns immer an sie wenden und sie hat unsere Fragen stets sehr schnell beantwortet. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Es gibt zahlreiche leckere Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft. Das Apartment selber ist klein, hat aber alles was man braucht und reicht auch für 3 Personen aus. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Preisleistungsverähltnis war sehr gut. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, wir würden uns nächstes Mal definitiv wieder für dieses Airbnb entscheiden!
