L'appartamento si trova all'interno di una villa circondata da un grande giardino. La casa fa parte di un grande complesso residenziale a mt.250 circa dal mare. Si può tranquillamente raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi senza bisogno di utilizzare l'automobile. Sulla nostra spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata si trovano tre stabilimenti balneari con relativi servizi di ristorazione e di svago. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i servizi . E' possibile portare con sé anche i propri animaletti.
