Stay in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Vacation home in the chestnut forest

Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at an altitude of 355 m, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 m² fenced forest property there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. Rebenmeer apartment, right next to the vineyards!

Unsere luxuriöse Wohnung "Rebenmeer" liegt am Ortsrand von Hainfeld, fussläufig zum Weinpavillon Koch und Weingut Scherr. Direkt hinterm Haus beginnen die Weinberge. Ein idealer Standort um zu Fuß oder Rad Wanderungen zu unternehmen und einzukehren in den Hütten im Pfälzer Wald. Die Belegung ist ausgelegt entw. für 2 Erw.und 2 Kinder oder 3 Erw. Kinder und Kleinkinder sind erwünscht 😊Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in 3 km Entfernung. 4 Restaurants im Ort und kinderfreundl. Freibad ganz nah !

In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. We are happy to open our bright, charming apartment, equipped with every modern comfort, for anyone who wants to explore the Palatinate. We offer a delicious breakfast with homemade products separately.

Ruhig gelegen im Fliegerviertel trotz direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt (10min Fußweg) sowie zum Landauer Zoo (5min Fußweg) und dem Park der ehemaligen Landauer Festungsanlage (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1min Fußweg). Die Pfälzer Weinberge sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Stylish guest house with pool

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the "Eseldorf" Eschbach on the Southern Wine Route. Here you can relax with a good glass of wine, discover the impressive landscape or enjoy one of the many offers of the unique vacation region. The apartment is designed as a studio and has a combined sleeping-living room as well as Wi-Fi. A modern kitchenette is integrated. An attractive shower room, a small hallway and a sun terrace complete the apartment.

This studio apartment is our newest addition to our little estate. It's perfect for the adventurous, especially hikers and cyclists needing a peaceful place to stay. Our 400 year old estate, originally a winemaker's estate, is located under the Saint Anna Kapella in the charming village of Burrweiler. We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights.

On the main road of Annweiler, two minutes from the historic market square, is the Künstlerhaus Annweiler. Nestled in the largest forest area of the Palatinate, climbers and cyclists shake hands.
