Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Siena

Before arriving, Stephano informed me in detail if we would get lost, and he also carried a heavy carrier. A welcoming wine gift warmed our heart on the table. He also gave us detailed instructions on how to get on the bus to Florence and the bus stop. He wanted to tell us anything. In the old farmhouse, everything is prepared like a house for family, not travelers. I took pictures of the fantastic sunset and scenery. When I go back to Seoul and get tired of my daily life, I think I will reminisce about this picture. And thank you for the gifts, Nicoletta.

Breathtaking location with views that are exactly what you want in the Chianti region. It was a beautiful place and was very nicely setup. Extremely responsive and helpful host. He provided recommendations and was quick to respond to questions. The house is centered nicely within the region and allows access to many different villages, wineries, and restaurants. An amazing experience and I highly recommend!

Great flat to explore Cortona! Excellent location and had everything you need

Martina’s entire estate is very peaceful and extremely beautiful. Just remember that it is really off the beaten path. She was so passionate about the property and making people feel right at home. It was one of the more beautiful places we stayed in all of Italy. Make sure to bring food up there with you before going. It is at least 35 min to town, but this is one of those places it is almost not worth leaving. Wish we had more time to stay there.

What can I say. One of the best stays with Airbnb in the last 9 years. The apartment exactly like described, very nice, clean and smelled really amazing! Not to mention how great the location is. Within 10-15 mins by foot you can visit all interesting places in Siena. l felt right at home once we came in through the door. Maria is the most attentive host I've ever met. Such a lovely welcome with everything you need - water, ice tea, wine, etc. And the homemade cake and cookies were just amazing. Another extra is that you can leave your luggage, in case you arrive earlier or will continue your journey later. Definitely can recommend. Can't wait to come back soon. Duccios apartment was a tranquil haven and so quiet. The views from the garden were stunning . Able to walk from the apartment into Siena in 5minutes flat Duccio was a superb host, very attentive , thoughtful and gave us lots of information. I would definitely recommend to all friends and family.

Can’t say enough about how great this house was! The views! The house is absolutely adorable! From a story book! Outdoor space was incredible! Loved making dinner in the kitchen (kinda made from local market which Sophia recommended which was amazing! I wish I could stay there for a week!!!

The apartment was even better than described! We felt very good there right away. The apartment is adorable , very well arranged , cute , quiet and very clean . The super welcoming kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Paolo was very responsive. All her explanations were very detailed to make it easier for us to come. The apartment is very well located. Less than 10 minutes from the central square and 4 minutes from an artery that offers many restaurants! In short, everything was perfect!

The ideal place to stay when you visit Siena! Very clean, beautifully designed, modern apartment for four people in immediate waking distance to the history city center, situated in a quiet side street. Fully recommended!

The place was very great. The room was decorated with many luxurious stuff, made us feel like we are staying at a 5-star hotel. They were also many snacks and food in the kitchen for free. Elena was also very kind and helpful during the whole stay. Location wise it is a bit far from some tourist attractions in Tuscany, but if you have a car you will not have a huge problem. And finally I suggest you spare some time of yours in the morning to enjoy the view of the house.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Elena’s place, as well as her hospitality, was amazing. My wife and I were traveling through Italy for our honeymoon and Elena even left a few gifts for us! She was very accommodating when it came to our trains arriving late and check-in was a breeze. As for the place, both the location and the apartment decorations were breath taking. The ceiling and walls had gorgeous paintings and the finishing touches were very high quality. You can definitely see the love that went into the high quality touches. Lastly the view. Wow. Right in the palazzo with a direct view of the Palazzo Pubblico. This was the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at during our honeymoon.

This is Tuscany at its finest! Our stay at Casa Bonari was perfect. The villa inside was spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and wonderfully Italian. It was equipped with everything we needed. The exterior grounds were gorgeous and the views from the property in every direction were breathtaking. We made dinner and ate on the patio - it looked like a picture from a magazine. The villa is within easy walking distance of the charming Monticchiello which has a few excellent restaurants. We enjoyed strolling the picturesque streets and the incredible views of the countryside from the village. Our hostess, Valentina, was very gracious and helpful. We enjoyed meeting some of the friendly family members. They were so kind and left us with happy memories. We highly recommend Casa Bonari and hope to visit again.

The place was everything we expected; the decoration was very traditional, we had an incredible view of the vineyards and we were also relatively close to the center... you can rest very well because the rooms completely block out the light and there is no noise. Alessandro was always very kind and attentive to what we needed, he greeted us with snacks and coffee. We would definitely return!

We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed this large, well appointed two story apartment. The place was warm and inviting and was an authentic home to be a unique setting. My family enjoyed the surroundings and there was plenty of restaurants to close from. Be prepared to tackle the 52 steps to the apartment door which my 90 year old mother managed twice a day. Keeps you healthy.

Andrea was a terrific host! He gave us clear instructions was very accommodating of our late arrival, super friendly, and showed us what we needed to know about the apartment when we arrived. The place is really great! Very spacious, super clean, amazing view. We had everything we needed, and it was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The apartment is very central to Siena - just a short walk to everything. We parked at the soccer stadium, which was small fee each day (we used the car each day and left it overnight - it’s more expensive if you just leave it there the whole time), and about a 8 minute walk to the apartment. Overall, this was a great experience. Highly recommend staying at Andrea’s place!

Mirkos place is by far the standout for our trip in Italy. The view is just stunning and his placve has a very olde worlde Italian feel. Fits perfectly with the Siena vibe. Thank you Mirko!

Francesco was the perfect host very communicative and responsive when needed - the unit was spotless and nice decor - loved being in the little town walking to the 3 lively restaurants, grocery and coffee shop not to mention the fabulous vineyards that surrounded the flat - we did some wonderful walks and did side trips to cute little towns - Would recommend highly

We had a wonderful stay at Riccardo’s apartment in Siena. You cannot beat the location - it’s perfectly situated in the center of everything and made a great home base to explore Siena and the surrounding area. The apartment is beautifully designed and very clean. Riccardo was beyond helpful with local recommendations and helped us secure dinner reservations. Highly recommended when staying centrally in Siena.
