Ideally located between Lindau on Lake Constance with its picturesque island/old town and famous harbor, as well as the festival city of Bregenz and proximity to Allgäu. The approx. 45 m² apartment offers space for up to four people and convinces with its modern equipment and cozy atmosphere. Cozy 3 1/2 room apartment in an old building in the countryside. 85 m2 on the first floor, 2 1/2 bedrooms (2 rooms with a double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m, and a small room with single bed 0.9 x 2.0 m). 7 km to Lake Constance, 10 km to Bregenz, 11 km to Lindau. Therme Lindau can be reached by car in about 10 minutes, Ravensburger Spieleland 33 km. Beautiful hiking, biking and excursion area. Bus stop very close. 2 guest parking spaces in front of the house.

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A baby bed (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

From the small terrace you have a magnificent view of our local mountains “Pfänder,” “Hoher Freschen” and “Hohe Kugel.” Lake Constance and the island town of Lindau are about 6 km away and can be reached quickly by car or on quiet bike paths. Interesting biking, cycling and hiking tours are possible directly from the house.
