In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang, about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

Our apartment is located 4 km from beautiful Lindau. It offers the ideal base for trips to Lake Constance, the Allgäu, Austria or Switzerland. Extensive walks are possible from the apartment in the adjacent forest. It is also well located for hiking, cycling, motorcycling, swimming or skiing. An Edeka market with a bakery that is also open on Sundays can be reached in a few minutes. The apartment has a balcony overlooking two ponds.

Interesting biking, cycling and hiking tours are possible directly from the house.

Our newly renovated apartment in the Schwatzenmühle can be a cozy temporary home for both families and single travelers. Located in the middle of Dreiländerck, on the eastern Lake Constance, you can be in the island town of Lindau 5 km away in a short time. Equally not far away are the Allgäu mountains with breathtaking natural idyll, hiking trails and ski slopes for all ages.

By car, you can reach the beautiful, medieval town of Wangen in 10 minutes and by bike on idyllic bike paths in 30 minutes. Start directly from the house on the Bodensee-Königsseeradweg and you can reach Lindau in about 40 minutes by bike.
