In 5 minutes at the Bregenz Festival (directly on Lake Constance) with the nearby S-Bahn! Central and yet close to nature, the apartment "Jannersee" is located on the edge of the Lauteracher Ried and thus somewhat away from the noise of the city. The Jannersee (within walking distance 15 minutes) is a wonderful reed lake that invites you to swim and linger. (Attention, insider tip!) Whether it's a city trip, sports or recreational vacation, you've come to the right place! Free parking is included.

The cozily furnished 6-room apartment on the 2nd floor of our 200-year-old wooden house creates a vacation atmosphere in the wildly beautiful Toggenburg. The garden with terraces and fruit trees is inviting. The property is centrally located in the center of Ebnat-Kappel in a historically significant street.

From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it in 5 minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

The apartment "Indiano" offers a living/dining area and a large bedroom, which can also accommodate a baby cot. Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

From the small terrace you have a magnificent view of our local mountains “Pfänder,” “Hoher Freschen” and “Hohe Kugel.” Lake Constance and the island town of Lindau are about 6 km away and can be reached quickly by car or on quiet bike paths. Interesting biking, cycling and hiking tours are possible directly from the house.
