Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, beautifully kept, and exactly as described. The host was amazing; very kind, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We booked for my daughter 5 birthday and we felt right at home and would absolutely stay again. No one wanted to leave lol. Highly recommend! I will for sure book with them again.

Amazing stay. We had 8 people in our group and everyone enjoyed the place. The neighborhood itself was very nice and quiet, and the house was perfect- exactly as pictured and described. Very clean, tons of towels provided and great entertainment available. The pool was the nicest, super clean and the backyard area was super cute in general. We loved the garage as well, and we had a great night in hanging out there. Host was incredibly generous, kept us updated with everything and replied very quickly. Would love to stay here again the next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!!

My family had a small reunion with our cousins and we had the BEST time. The place was the perfect size, so clean, so entertaining, very quiet, just a short uber to Disney. The hosts were responsive and very polite. We loved everything about this place. It exceeded our expectations and was a good deal!!

House is located in such a quiet part of town and only a short commute to the beach/harbor/anything fun we wanted to do. The spa and pool were a perfect plus to our stay. I will definitely be coming back

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tarik’s Airbnb. It truly felt like a home away from home. Tarik was very responsive, flexible, and professional throughout the entire process, even when a small hiccup occurred on my end. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for my group, and the patio speakers were a great bonus. Beds were comfortable, and the space was totally worth the price. Thank you again for having me, Tarik!

Sovina’s place is great! It is modern, clean, and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is in an awesome location, easy walk to 2nd street and the beach. We got a lot of use out of the front and back yards as well. I would like to stay here next time when I’m back in the area!

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. They had instructions for everything. quite neighborhood and clean place. plenty of parking and restaurants near by. Would highly recommend again

Anthony & his wife made everything super easy. The neighborhood is nice, the house is super cute, perfect size for a family of 5 or less or a get together. The check in and check out are at perfect times as well which was super nice. My only complaint is definitely needs to update the picture and ads, my boyfriends little brother was supposed to stay on the “futon” but come to find out it was completely different furniture in the living room and the couch wasn’t the best to sleep on he said. And the Tv 📺 as soon as you open the door is a bit dangerous/skeptical just cause all it takes it once accident with the door and the tv will be broke! Other than that I would recommend the place a million times! Super beautiful , hosts are super sweet made everything a breeze , and they even are animal friendly even though we didn’t bring our dog it was still awesome to have the option! Perfect place for a family. My kids appreciated the 2 bathrooms and beds. it was ideal having a washer dryer so packing amounts could be less. Jaesen was very responsive and helpful. Notes were placed about to give heads up on needs. I would easily recommend this place to anyone.

Really cute home, all renovated. Comfortable. The AC we used it a little but realized with the ceiling fans and windows we didnt need. Lots of restaurants and coffee areas quick driving. There's a park behind the house. Be ready for looking for parking but its California which its expected. The host is nice and very responsive, A+ Thank you! Highly recommended

We checked in for our 4 night stay at the Ritter on 6th street, it was easy to find, parking in the driveway, (which is amazing, for long beach ) we come down yearly for a Cali vibes festival; this was the best Airbnb we stayed in. You walk in and feel the good energy, B&Jake out there heart and soul in to making you feel at home. The kitchen: it has everything! the Keurig& water dispenser were a key for us here. Every spice you could possibly think of! every amendment you can think of Both bathrooms are completely stoked and great water pressure!!! The bedrooms: the front bedroom bed is stiff and the blankets are amazing but the pillows, are solid. Bring your own pillow if you’re not a firm bed sleeper! Everyone loved the firms bed! The decor was amazing, the house is a whole vibe. They were such great host, I will defiantly be back.

STOP SEARCHING! BOOK HERE! From start to finish, our stay was incredible! Kevin was so responsive & helpful. Never intrusive-always available! We've stayed at many ABNB's (as primary guests, often as co-hosts, countless times as guests of friends/family). STAYING HERE WAS LIKE STAYING AT A DEAR FRIEND's HOUSE! All our needs were met. Vintage Spanish home charm with modern convenience! We initially got in touch to verify with Kevin that we could host a dinner party for 15-20 friends & family to celebrate our son's graduation from university. Every response was, "Sure!" and "No problem!" Kevin was always so accommodating throughout our stay. When I say everything you need to make your stay comfortable is at your fingertips, I am not kidding. Platters, plates, glassware, cutlery? Check! Plenty of towels, linens, placemats, napkins? Check! Forgot something? No worries! There are extra toiletries, sunscreen, coolers, umbrellas, etc. The backyard is a beautiful oasis! Gracias, Kevin!

Lila’s home was very nice and clean. The area was nice and quiet. She was very helpful with any questions we had. Most definitely will be booking again when in the area.

Travis & Trisha were very accommodating and their place was absolutely beautiful! The pool was perfect for our getaway and the beds were extremely comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I stayed for a few days to get familiar with Long Beach for her internship near Long Beach. Kimberly is an awesome host. She has been communicative throughout the entire process. Fast response time, especially when our situation changes. She was flexible, considerate and caring. The house was very clean, beautiful and situated in a family oriented neighborhood. Walking distance to breakfast place and park. Things in the room are setup nicely to watch TV and rest. Her stockings of beach chairs and blankets were so helpful to us, and help us have a nice weekend after a stressful week back home in WA. Much appreciated

This is a great Airbnb - quiet, well located and spacious. It was very clean and well equipped. There are many nearby grocery stores, restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend staying here!

Megans place was organized very well and felt really homey! The spacious backyard was nice and had plenty of seating and lighting for a large group. Anything you needed as far as beach accessories was included such as beach towels, chairs, and even surfboards. We enjoyed our time and slept very comfortable. 10/10 host and home! Well worth our stay and would book again.
