Ein sehr gemütliches kleines Gartenhaus im Garten von Korina und ihrem Mann. Wunderbar ruhig mit zwei lieben Katzen. Der Ort ist autofrei, von der Unterkunft sind es nur wenige Schritte zum Hafen mit Restaurants und Cafes. Ein Bäcker, Metzger und Supermarkt sind nur einige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und war absolut sauber. Die Küche ist mit Töpfen, Tellern und Gläsern sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir bedanken uns sehr herzlich bei Korina und ihrem Mann für ihre freundliche Gastfreundschaft.

The apartment is wonderfully decorated and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. What impressed me the most, of course, was the terrace with a glass railing, a large table, and a sea view. Highly recommended accommodation in Novalja. The host is friendly and approachable.

We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

Vesna ist eine sehr angenehme und herzliche Person, die eine perfekte Gastgeberin ist. Bereits im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts hat sie alle Fragen beantwortet und hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos, sehr hell und sauber. Von allen Seiten ist das Meer zu sehen, Frühstücken auf dem Balkon ist ein Traum gewesen! Es stand bereits Obst und Getränke im Kühlschrank bei der Ankunft. Die Wohnung ist bestens und vollständig ausgestattet und hat ein modernes Bad. Restaurants und der Strand (Kitestrand) sind 5 sowie 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut und ruhig gelegen und hat sogar eine Terrasse und Garten. Es ist ruhig, aber etwas hellhörig zur Wohnung darüber. Ich kann Vesna und das Airbnb sehr empfehlen und komme gerne nochmal wieder. :)

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in dieser modernen Wohnung direkt am Strand in Privlaka! Die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet, gut eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – man ist in wenigen Schritten am Meer. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Ein großes Dankeschön an Anna, unsere Hauptansprechpartnerin, die sich mit viel Engagement und Freundlichkeit um alles gekümmert hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne Villa mit einer herzlichen Gastgeberin. Das Apartment 3 im 1. Stock ist riesig für 2 Personen. Der Balkon mit Meerblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. Gute Lage direkt am Sandstrand von Jaz. Alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen. In der Vorsaison kann man dort einen schönen und ruhigen Urlaub verbringen. Vielen Dank an die liebe Gastgeberin.

Super Unterkunft und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sehr nette Begrüßung und wir dürften schon um 8:00 Uhr einchecken. What a lovely place in the world. We walked into a newly renovated apartment after a 30 hour flight and felt right at home, with amazing views of the sea and the mountains, is a 2 minute walk to the main town Veli Lošinj and 7 mins to Rovenska. We had access to the hotel pools and the amazing Ljubicic tennis academy is literally 1 minute walk away! Go to Moby Dick for amazing cappuccino’s and sweets yum! The host was lovely and friendly and left us to our own devices. We will definitely return…what an amazing stay…just what we needed…peace, quiet, friendly faces and lots of fresh air and walking along the beautiful Mediterranean Sea!

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

This is one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed at! Firstly, the host was communicative and met us in person — even helped with taking our luggage up, accompanied us to the parking garage, and provided lovely recommendations for nearby restaurants. We asked for beach towels and they provided them. Secondly, the Airbnb itself is SPOTLESSLY clean, modern, and so comfy. We were planning to take a day trip out of Zadar, but decided to stay in instead and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony and very short walk to the old town, where the infamous sea organ and sun installation are. The kitchen is AMAZING and well-equipped — all the appliances, utensils, and kitchenware were so new. There are a couple of grocery stores within a 5-minute walking radius. Easy 5* stay!

We had a wonderful time in Kale. The place where we stayed was great – nice and clean, with spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a sea view. The small town is within walking distance, but we rented a car to explore other parts of the island. Luckily, there was a parking spot right outside the apartment for the entire duration of our stay :) Also, there’s a big shop just across the street, which was very convenient.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Apartment. Es ist fußläufig von der Innenstadt entfernt und hat mehrere Supermärkte und die Galeria in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ivan ist ein toller Gastgeber, er antwortet schnell und ist herzlich. Das Apartment ist klein aber voll ausgestattet, dort wurde wirklich das Beste aus dem vorhandenen Platz gemacht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der einzige Nachteil ist vielleicht dass die Wohnung im 5. Stock liegt. Wir werden definitiv versuchen bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Zadar wieder in den Apartment unterzukommen. Sehr empfehlenswert! ❤️

Wir waren rund um zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Alles war da. In der Umgebung sind viele neue Häuser am Entstehen, das empfanden wir für die Ursprünglichkeit der Gegend und Infrastruktur für die Zukunft als fragwürdig. Aber es mindert nicht den hohen Anspruch der wunderschönen Wohnung und Freundlichkeit unserer Gastgeber. Ein wirklich ruhiger und ursprünglicher wie sandiger Strand war gleich in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ebenso. Der Pool in der Abendsonne auf der Terrasse war eine wundervolle neue Erfahrung und Wellness von zu Hause. Danke!

Es war wirklich traumhaft schön! Das Apartment mit der Dachterasse war atemberaubend und alles war modern und sauber. Der Gastgeber hat uns auch freundlich empfangen und war auch sehr hilfsbereit! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder! :)
