Our property features tall trees, seasonal river swimming on our private beach, fishing, kayaking, and exploring. We are close to downtown Boulder Creek, minutes away from Santa Cruz, wine tasting, hiking, fine dining, and the coastline. We have no hidden fees and even offer a full return of our cleaning fee. Brand new 800sqft - 2B/2B home built 2024. This home includes kitchen with coffee bar, 4K 50" Fire TV, record player, toto toilets, basic first aid kits in medicine cabinet, and sofa bed in living room. Both rooms on 2nd floor include ceiling fan and desk. Shower/restroom in master room and 1st floor. Entire home is brand new so PLEASE RESPECT THE NO SHOE POLICY. I do my best to keep it clean and expect the same. ($100 violation fee for shoes.) Location: Cambrian area near major highways.
