Our custom built guesthouse was completed in 2016. It is situated on 5 redwood-covered acres, 10 minutes south of Los Gatos and 20 minutes from Santa Cruz. We have easy access to hiking and biking trails, world-class wine-tasting, microbreweries, shops, amazing dining, and more! There is something for everyone in our area! We are surrounded by a 35 acre tree farm, so it's very private, yet close to the silicon valley! Our property has a standby generator so we are not affected by power outages.

Our guest(s) can enter thru a well landscape garden to the studio's private entrance. Once inside, you can relax and enjoy a newly remodeled studio with a kitchenette, a washer/dryer combo unit, one queen size bed plus a spacious full bathroom. SAP (Sharks & concerts) is a 15 minute walk. (We are in the real downtown perimeter.) This reservation is for our fully-loaded, newly remodeled detached unit bedroom studio in the back of the home. There are many open space hiking and biking trails within a short drive, and the beach. 5 miles from Alice's Resturant. San Francisco and Santa Cruz are easily accessible. The house has vaulted ceilings and a full kitchen, and laundry.

Santa Cruz 35 minutes, San Francisco airport- 45 minutes. Close to major freeways I-280, I-880, US-101.
