WELCOME to our newly renovated and modern guest house of 110 sqm, with colors on the walls, painted with environmentally and allergy-friendly paint. The house is close to the forest, which is filled with beautiful lakes, and it is a 3-minute drive from Silkeborg's most beautiful lake, which you can see in the pictures. There is grass + outdoor areas, and the house has two bedrooms, a large living room + conservatory, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. There is WiFi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to enjoy peace, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

This bright and nice apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house and is completely newly renovated. It consists of 2 rooms + kitchen and bathroom. The large living room with double bed, daybed, writing/dining table, TV and closet. The smaller room has 2 single beds, writing flap and closet. The kitchen is well equipped with service for 6 people. There is an oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. There is a possibility for 2 extra beds on the daybed and fold-out bed with 125 DKK per bed . Access to a small terrace with garden furniture.

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1 floor with great views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of, among other things, "cinema" coziness with large canvas, a game of table football or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a nice sofa bed and good box spring mattresses.

Quiet and cosy little guesthouse in our garden that sleeps two people. The area offers ample opportunity to cycle, run or walk in the beautiful nature around Silkeborg or Gudenåen (The River Guden). Public transport (bus) 850 m. Silkeborg City Center 5 km. Jyllandsringen 4,4 km. Silkeborg Golf Club 3,7 km. Gødvad Hallen 1,4 km. Svostrup Kro 7 km. Vidkærhøj

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

Ideal for Mountainbike weekend. Access to bicycle wash, storage and heated workshop. Direct bike path to Silkeborg city center. It is possible to rent a canoe and depart directly from the property. Access to secluded terrace and garden. Beddings and towels are included in price.

Welcome to our cozy one room apartment in the countryside. The apartment is located in a separate annex in connection with our house (we have two Airbnb apartments in the same annex). So you have your own place with a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a small green space. The terrace and the green space is shared with the other apartment in the annex. Enjoy some relaxing days in peace and quiet. We look forward to meeting you.

Museum Jorn, Silkeborg Bad, Aqua and Silkeborg Museum with Tollundmanden are close by. Walking distance to shopping, station and city center. Free WiFi. There are terraces in front of and behind the house and a large carport. In the garden, there is a shelter.

We live in the middle of Søhøjlandet and have a 5-minute drive to Silkeborg city center. There is WiFi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to enjoy peace and good nature experiences.
