Located in beautiful Virklund surrounded by forests and lakes and close to shopping Large south-facing terrace and fireplaces. The tenant must clean up! There are cleaning supplies.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

The apartment is on the ground floor on one side of the house and we live upstairs and are mostly on the other side of the house. The house is large (300 sq. meters), so we do not disturb each other.

Small house close to lake, forest and city

Vi udlejer dette lille hus med egen have og terrasse en kort gåtur fra skov og sø. Boligen er beliggende tæt på Silkeborg centrum med 5 minutter i bil eller 30 minutters gåtur gennem skov. Der er gratis parkering. Huset har de nødvendige faciliteter og har to soveværelser med hhv. seng og sovesofa. Der er køkken og to toiletter. Vi sørger for håndklæder og sengetøj. Huset er placeret på en kuperet grund og der er derfor trapper op til huset.

A lovely base for lots of experiences in Silkeborg and the surrounding area. Cleaning is not included. The tenant does the cleaning before departure.

4 rooms are rented in a house with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The house is only used by our guests. Central in Silkeborg - 2 km from the city centre. Good parking facilities and shopping possibility about 300 meters from the house as well as bus to the city center about 200 meters from the house.
