It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. Our house, built entirely of wood, is located on the southern outskirts of Sillian. It is very quiet and sunny and only a few minutes from the village center. The cozy apartment (about 110 sqm) with lots of atmosphere is on the ground floor with private access to the terrace and garden. The spacious living room and the large kitchen-living room both have a wood-burning stove and large windows with beautiful views of the organic garden and the surrounding mountains.

The south-facing balcony gives you a great view on the Dolomites and the Kronplatz, just 10 km from the apartment. Bruneck, the main city of the Valley, is located about 5 km from Pfalzen (pullman every 30 min). The price includes the South Tyrol Guest Pass with many different extras and a free ride with the Kronplatz cable car.
