Welcome to our oasis of peace directly in the agricultural area in the Grisons mountains. You can relax in the wonderful living climate of the solid wood spruce house with its own water source. For us it is an oasis of peace, strength and happiness. The house, newly built in 2024, is somewhat remote and yet only 12 minutes from the city of Chur, 10 minutes from Churwalden and 20 minutes from Lenzerheide. It is a wonderful location for skiing/cross-country skiing, biking, hiking or to be and enjoy.

Everything in this renowned Ski resort is on your doorstep. The apartment is a part of the Schweizerhof Lenzerheide hotel. Walking distance to the Ski bus and all restaurants and shops, cross ski trails, langlauf, snowshoe, winter walking trails and access to the Spa and Swimming Pool/ Jacuzzi/ Sauna. Turkish Hamam and massage treatments are available onsite & fitness classes cost extra. Home away from home, with amazing views of both Scalottas and Rothorn mountains from your apartment.

The modern apartment is located on 1000 meters in the sunny village of Maladers, just a 10-minute drive from the cantonal capital Chur. The stable of the over 100-year-old farmhouse was remodeled with attention to detail. Combined with modern materials such as concrete and glass, the original old wood elements tell the story of earlier times and offers a very special ambiance. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to the 5 stars Alpine Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.
