There is also a kitchen, a living-room, a dining-room, a terrace and a garden where to have lunch or dinner or relax sunbathing. Wonderful villa with swimming pool, a short walk from the bay of Piona. It allows you to have exclusive privacy surrounded by nature. Inside the house you will find all the comforts and amenities. A few minutes' drive from the villa you will find restaurants and the center of Colico with bars and markets. To reach the villa there is a road that runs along the lake, particularly low cars may have difficulty. A tourist tax is required. We speak English and German.
