House holiday rentals in Silvaplana

The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

First of all the location is amazing, the property was great, swimming pool and view was unreal, looking over the whole lake and all mountains. Fabio and Marta were such amazing hosts went out their way to help us get to the air bnb location, provided us with any need outside of regular requests, answered the calls and texts at all times and were super friendly and helpful from the beginning till the end, Thank you for making this an amazing visit we will make sure to come back. A very nice house in a great place with fantastic views over Lake Como! The house and pool are beautiful and everything is new and clean. Charlotte is a very nice host who is always available and ready for you.

If I had the chance to give an extra star beyond the maximum allowed, I would definitely do it! What can I say? The house is a real gem immersed in the village of Bienno. Pietro and his mother provided us with all the necessary information to make us feel at home. The accommodation is beautiful, a movie house. We really appreciated the cleanliness, the tidiness, the central location in the village and the possibility of bringing our dog... we found everything we needed to spend a weekend of relaxation! Pietro's mother, very sweet, provided us with cookies, water and a kennel for the dog... Would I recommend this house? Absolutely yes! A wonderful experience!

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

The house is beautiful and next to a farmhouse so convenient in case you don't want to cook. It is not in the town center but we like it that way, the house is halfway between the town and the ski lifts with a beautiful view and convenient for everything, relaxation and peace. The house has everything you need.

We absolutely loved our stay, and had so much fun walking around the area in the evening. It was so charming!

The house is perfectly equipped and ideally located in Ela Park. Suitable for a quiet stay, close to nature with all the comforts you need. Multiple hiking opportunities from and around the accommodation. We had a wonderful time with the family in this warm setting. Absolute enthusiasm. I have fallen in love, the house is a force. Andri has carefully planned the renovation down to the last detail and did not save anything. A privilege that Andri rents out his house. I hope he will do this for a long time. The materials, the architecture, the furnishings, everything at its best. Even the sauna is designed. Everything is as beautiful as pictured. In addition, the history of the house in this beautiful village. Andri and his parents are extremely likeable, we felt very welcome. We, our sons and their friends who were there, were all thrilled and really appreciated staying so nice. The snow conditions in Scuol were still very good at the beginning of March despite high day temperatures, even the dream slope to Sent. You can drive to nearby Ftan, where you have access to the entire ski resort. Many thanks to Andri and his parents. Looking forward to the next stay.

Fausta our hostess went above and beyond for us! She firstly kindly offered to pick us up from the ferry port in Menaggio which we accepted with open arms as this was our first time in Italy and we had no idea where we were going! During the car ride to the Air BnB she pointed out the place we get the bus back to town, were we can get groceries and even the best places to try some locals Italian food and wine (she also gave us a 10 percent coupon for the places) to top everything off she already had a bottle of wine waiting in the fridge for when we arrived! We have honestly had the best time staying here the home is beautiful with the most amazing views, Fausta helped us get used to the local culture and navigate around the towns very quickly! However if we did struggle the local people are lovely.. We really hope we can come back and stay again

We had a wonderful stay at Claudia’s place! She had every amenity we could need, the apartment was very clean, and she was always responsive and friendly. We enjoyed morning runs and workouts on the nearby paths and the close proximity to the train station (we visited Chiavenna twice). Would recommend and we hope to return in the future!

While the place wasn't cheap it was exactly what we needed for our long weekend away. We thoroughly enjoyed it and decided to make it an annual tradition.

We stayed at Pierino's place for 5 nights. There were five of us and it was a great experience for each of us. Our children were also delighted - although the two adults at 15 and 17 are not exactly in a simple phase. The pizza oven was the total hit and the need for hot water to make a fire made it all an experience. There are great opportunities for walking nearby. Pierino is great. Very helpful and reliable. He gave us very good tips. He and his wife are very welcoming and absolutely gracious. The house was exceptionally clean and the property is lovingly maintained. Very high quality bed equipment! We had wonderful days as a family and want to come back.

Those who want nature and tranquility and have their own car will absolutely appreciate this accommodation. The surroundings are beautiful. No crowds of tourists, no noise. We haven't tried to figure out how easy it would be to get here by public transport, but we don't imagine it would be that easy. The car could be parked not far from the accommodation (300 meters approx.). The city of Como is 1.5 hours away and the northern part of Lake Como is 30 minutes away. The apartment is spacious, super clean, it has everything you need for cooking. Comfortable bed, pleasant bathroom. Internet is sufficient for private use. Giovanni is very nice and even if he doesn't speak English, he is very resourceful. Many instructions had already been prepared in writing and when he received us, he used Google Translate on his mobile phone so that we could communicate with each other. There is even a small children's playground opposite the bus stop. We will be happy to come back.

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the location and the old small house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thank you for the warm welcome and the tips. We went as a couple and the house was simply spectacular, ideal for a romantic getaway. It exceeded all our expectations. Each corner is thought out with a lot of detail and affection, and that can be seen from the first moment. The environment is wonderful, perfect to rest and enjoy nature. We felt very comfortable throughout your stay. We highly recommend it!

We had an unforgettable stay at Cristina and Mauro's house. As already mentioned several times in the comments, the view from the terrace is breathtaking! What a joy to wake up every morning to this different show every day... And what can I say about this beautiful house, full of charm while remaining functional, we felt right at home.
