Beach house holiday rentals in Silver Sands

I booked this bnb for a get away with a few of my friends and let me tell you, it was one of my top 10 best experiences in life. I had SUCH a great time, every window had a spectacular view, we woke up to the sight of the beach and the backyard is just insane. The house itself oh myyy it’s literally my dream house. The house is so ‘good looking’ that me and my friends even calculated the price of the house and how much an offer to buy it would be, we were seriously planning our future of living together in a house like this. I’m definitely coming back I wish I could be back every weekend honestly. Yasmine was also so incredibly kind to me and it warmed my heart every time she messaged. I will be back.

We had an amazing stay at Cove cottage. It is child friendly and the kids loved all the toys and books provided. The cottage is clean and beautifully decorated. It is a short walk to the centre, only about 10mins to lots of restaurants and cafes. A brilliant place, we would recommend staying there. Delvy was a great host and responded quickly to our questions. Thank you for a lovely stay.

well equipped and pet friendly. Very clean house with plenty of room for large amount of people. The kitchen would have to be the best well equipped kitchen that we have ever used in any holiday home. The host went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. Will definitely stay again.

The house was big enough for my family of 4 adults. We were able to utilize the fully functional kitchen & BBQ. It was close to our function venue, & we were able to enjoy the outdoors during our stay. Very peaceful area.

It was a beautiful stay for our little family. The easy access to the beach was a major plus and probably the biggest highlight for our girls and watching the sun go down while we’re enjoying a home cooked meal was the highlight for us grown ups. We had everything we needed to make simple meals and we were well rested during our stay. Bed and linens were very clean and comfortable, bathroom and kitchen were also very clean.

The Avalon Beach house is great for families for a quick getaway from Perth. It was so relaxing to wake up to the sound of waves and enjoy sunsets from the balcony. Matt was a great host and provided all the essentials for 2-3 day stay. We enjoyed the beautiful, spacious home and all the amenities in close proximity. Definitely looking forward to a future visit!

Loved the house, it was clean, comfortable, and huge. Great soap options provided and comfortable beds. Nice beach and walking trail nearby. Peaceful location, though we had to drive quite a bit to get to the city centre. Wild kangaroos wandering around the neighbourhood, lol. Nice backyard area too with a relaxing hammock.

Our second time at Louise's spotless, BEAUTIFULLY STOCKED home. The kitchen is the best stocked we've EVER experienced. No need to bring ANY utensils, dishes, storage containers, food wraps, tea towels, tissues, serviettes, condiments, bag clips etc. And chocolates in the fridge!! LITERALLY FIVE MINUTE WALK TO FABULOUS BEACH and a lovely, safe and quiet suburb. Lovely park across the road. Star gazing while in the pool. TV room was like being at the cinema. Linen and pool towels etc. were good quality and the large dining table and outdoor setting easily accommodated eight people. Appliances were top shelf and a full laundry onsite was a bonus. We love staying at Louise's lovely home and she has always promptly answered any communications. We'll be back before Christmas! 🎄

We had an awesome family Christmas, plenty of space, pool and back deck was perfect on windy days, walk to the beach and all the amenities you need in a family home. An early checkin offered unsolicited was much appreciated!

Without doubt, one of the best AirBnB’s we’ve ever stayed at. Leonie’s place is magnificent, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, understated luxury with everything we could want for a family holiday at the beach. Beds are so comfortable and those views are to die for. Leonie was a fantastic host, very accommodating and thoughtful with little Easter treats left for our kids on arrival. Loved the stay, would definitely come back again.

Stayed here with four adults and one dog. Lovely, specious house, and we had a great time in the pool. Absolutely lovely location. Great for walks and trips to surrounding cafes and close to Coles. Nice and clean, and host was great with communication.

We had a fantastic time at Janas place in Halls Head. It’s a peaceful location with the beach right across the road. The pool is cold yet great on a hot day! The house is large enough for everyone to have their own space. Communication is good and Jana helped with a minor issue. You do need a car to get around or you can walk about 20 minutes to the nearest shop and pub. The pool table was a hit with our three ‘grown-up’ boys.

The house was beautiful and spotless, with all the listed amenities exactly as described. The complimentary snacks were a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. A truly welcoming and comfortable stay.

Another great stay and look forward to returning in the near future.

Wow. What an amazing place for kinky couples. Wish we owned it. So much to do and so little time. We loved the cage and stocks.

We are 3 mums and had a night with three toddlers at Pieere’s place. The location was perfect to visit anywhere in Mandurah and very quite and peaceful. We loved attached loundge and back garden! We’d love to stay there again🥰

Excellent location. Close to shops, cafe's, attractions. Lots of areas to walk and fish. House had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay.

A very nice unit ! So clean, near to the beach and the rockingham city. Very calm place. The house get everything we need. Feels like cosy home.

Great place, loved the view and the frangipanis were amazing, especially the smell from the next door, felt very tropical. Samantha was very helpful and the whole experience was completely stress free. Definitely stay there again.

A lovely place by the beach. Beautiful sunset scenes and a cycling/jogging path by the shore line. The house is roomy, it has a spacious kitchen and dinning area. The 4 bedrooms are nicely furnished and the 5th which is a loft above the ground floor makes this place ideal for 5 couples. There is a good size TV room that easily allows 10 people to have coffee/chat time after dinner. It also has a separate located table-pool room however this and the BBQ pit needs to be in better shape. Its not kept up to the same standard as the house interior. To summarize, the house is really great however the exterior needs attention and this includes the lapping pool.
