Holiday rentals with beach access in Silvi Marina

We've had a lovely little weekend in Pescara, staying at Daniela's place. We found the description and picture to match the reality, really clean, right in the center, close to the beach and great restaurants with yummy local food. We were able to have a smooth check in and check out and Daniela has been an amazing host, very prompt and answering all our questions graciously and friendly, very prompt. It was a bit colder than we expected but that was just related to the weather and the period we visited. We were able to turn on the heat and make it comfortable for our stay which was great. Loved it and I definitely recommend you to stay there, you'll feel right at home !

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij Alessandro in Pescara. Aardige host, behulpzaam netjes en vriendelijk. De ligging is perfect, tegenover het strand en een paar minuten fietsen naar het centrum. Wij zouden graag een keertje terugkomen.

we spontaneously decided to stay 2 nights in Pescara. from the first moment on, Raffaele was super helpful and actively communicating with us. the apartment was very spacious, super clean and had everything we needed. also the kitchen provided everything necessary. The only little minus is the noise from the street which is a bit busy. but with windows closed it didn't bother us. we loved the time in Pescara and felt very at home in the apartment. strongly recommend Raffaeles place, he is a great host.

They felt right at home and really appreciated how peaceful and well-kept everything was. Communication with the host was easy and smooth throughout. This was our second time in Roseto and we got the apartment for a fantastic price. The view from the balcony was unprecedented.. seriously you could stand there all day looking at the beach of the mountains! It was such an easy stay with Lucilla offering her help every step of the way. Very close to shops and literally ten steps to the beach and with such a beautiful apartment, we are now looking to come back again very very soon! Thank you so much for hosting us and we absolutely loved the apartment! We ❤️ Roseto!

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento di Leonardo per una settimana, sia per vacanza che per smart working. La posizione è ottima, fronte mare, vicina a ristoranti e negozi, ed è possibile muoversi tranquillamente a piedi o in bicicletta. E' inoltre possibile raggiungere la stazione in pochi minuti a piedi. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, oltre ad essere molto pulito e spazioso. Leonardo è un host molto reattivo e disponible. Esperienza positiva, spero di tornare presto!

Nous avons logé (2 personnes) chez Nicola fin Mai donc "hors saison". Son appartement est très récent, moderne, extrêmement confortable avec 2 terrasses,, une grande télévision, une cuisine moderne très bien équipée etc. Il est bien décoré et dispose également d'un place de parking souterrain. Il est situé juste à côté de la plage. Il y a aussi la climatisation dans chaque pièce (dont nous ne sommes pas servis). La route est à proximité mais le logement est orienté côté plage donc très calme. Nicolas est souple, très gentil et réactif pour communiquer. C'est vraiment une excellente adresse.

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

L’appartamento é semplicemente splendido. Incredibile la cura dei particolari e l’ ottimizzazione degli spazi. La posizione é strategica, tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo molto vicina al paese e alle spiagge, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Mohammed é un host molto accogliente e disponibile, per qualsiasi necessità potete contare su di lui. Se alloggerete qui non dovrete pensare a nulla se non a rilassarvi. Grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente!

Parfait! Petit appartement au rdv d’une maison calme . Bien situé, propre et bien équipé. Alessandro est réactif et très gentil. Je recommande ce logement.

siamo stati ospiti di Sabrina perchè i figli erano impegnati in una attività sportiva alnpalsport di Montesilvano. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, tutto in ordine e pulito, cucina ben attrezzata, parcheggio auto riservato. Tutto perfetto.

Un angolo di pace da cui godere un panorama stupendo tra gli Appennini ed il mare. Appartamento curato e dotato di tutti i comfort, vicinissimo al medievale centro storico di Montepagano. Vacanza indimenticabile e da consigliare a tutti

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa in questo incantevole luogo, accolti da padroni di casa molto accoglienti e mai invadenti. Gli spazi esterni sono gradevolissimi e ben curati, con angoli freschi e ventilati che offrono una piacevole vista sul mare e sui trabocchi. Giulia, Mimmo e Francesca sono stati calorosi e premurosi, ci hanno consigliato un sacco di posti da vedere, ma purtroppo riuscire a fare tutto in così poco tempo non è stato possibile: quindi ci ritorneremo molto volentieri! Comodo parcheggio riservato e ombreggiato.

Everything was perfect, easy to access and very clean. Centrally located, 5 minutes from the central station and 15 minutes from the beach. The host was nice and helpful, with restaurant recommendation and quick answer to any of our questions.Pick this place when you are in Pescara! It’s really worth it! Grazie mille!

The apartment is very comfortable and very close to the beach. Luigi was always quickly available and gave all the necessary information and help. We highly recommend this apartment for a holiday by the sea

Great place to stay with my girlfriends for our little beach trip. Within walking distance to the beach, and centre of town. Couple of supermarkets nearby, plenty of space, two bathrooms, extremely clean. Needing a little TLC as property is an old Italian style apartment, but couldn’t fault it really. Excellent! The hosts are around the corner, easy to communicate with, beautiful and quiet. Large American style fridge freezer, kitchen has everything you need. They left some breakfast for us, water in the fridge, and what strike me the most the apartment was extremely clean!!!!! Large balcony, blackout rail in shades.. You won’t be disappointed! Enjoy

What a view! Also, the place is very spacious and the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay. We were grateful for the wine, cheese and salami too! We did have trouble finding where Michele had sent us the pin to park....heads up, both Google and Apple Maps aren't always the best in Italy. We found this consistently on our 2.5 week stay in various locations large and small.

Delizioso appartamento curato nei dettagli che mostra l’evidente passione per le cose belle di chi lo gestisce. C’è anche un ampio terrazzo che, essendoci io stato d’inverno, non ho potuto utilizzare ma che d’estate si presenterà come un ampio salone esterno. Il contesto condominiale è signorile, moderno e, soprattutto, molto tranquillo. Manlio è stato un host strepitoso e super disponibile che fa sentire subito a proprio agio l’ospite col suo sorriso accattivante e sincero. Ci ritornerò di sicuro!

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

Christian war ein zuvorkommender und tolle Gastgeber. Er hat immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Tolle Lage um Pescara zu erkunden. Wohnung entsprach genau den Beschreibungen.

Nous avons passés un super séjour. Le couple est très très réactif. Une communication incroyable, rapide , précis , génial ! Nous avons pu récupéré le logement déjà le matin à 9h donc vraiment très très pratique. Le Logement est super , la mer est juste à côté ! L’emplacement est super , l’immeuble est bien propre. J’ai rien à dire concernant le logement c’était super

La stanza è davvero centralissima, perfetta per chi vuole vivere il centro città a piedi! L'ambiente è bello, arredato con gusto e accogliente. In generale la pulizia era buona, anche se ho trovato un po' di polvere in alcuni angoli. Il letto era leggermente scomodo, ma comunque adatto per soggiorni brevi. Fabrizio è stato fin da subito molto disponibile e gentile. Nonostante questi piccoli dettagli, consiglio assolutamente questa struttura per la sua posizione imbattibile e l'atmosfera piacevole!
