Boogies boards, beach towels for short drive to Topanga Beach. Unwind, take in the views, secluded, perfect to explore Topanga's secret swimming holes, spring fed creek, hiking/biking trails. Private chef experience available upon request. For the outdoor enthusiast we have sea kayaks, surfboards and you can fish right off the deck. This is a family and dog friendly home with a special history, built in 1932, has been home to famous musicians and actors. Did I mention that dolphins swim by every day?

Entire 2nd floor (steps) 500+400 sq ft deck 2BR 1 BA 3 deck cottage 5 km/3 mi from downtown. 4 guests (5 is tight) with 1 queen, 1 double, 1 single & a daybed. I have 2 Labradors, so dog lovers are WELCOME! We do allow limited use of our laundry - ask. The full kitchen, desk, fiber internet, computer, 2 streaming TVs, a gas fireplace, but THIS IS NOT a MJ Vacation/party house! Noise limits start at 10 pm/no very young children. READ further below. I live in the studio on the first floor.
