Everything is crooked & lopsided and low! Back-to-basic, cozy chatter instead of beeps but with infrared sauna. Lovely to relax before you roll into the nice double bed. To wake up in the morning with (or by) the smell of freshly baked rolls (bakery around the corner). Here you forget the hectic and stress of everyday life!

L'appartement est situé au niveau du jardin et comprend une cuisine équipée avec un coin repas, une chambre avec un lit double d’1m80, une salle de bain avec douche et un WC indépendant. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Altbau, der im Jahre 2022 komplett kernsaniert wurde. Die Wohneinheit ist für 2 Personen ausgelegt. Zwischen Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich gibt es keine Tür. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer bietet 2 zusätzliche Schlafplätze. Die Dusche verfügt über eine eingebaute Dampfsauna. Der Kaminofen kann gerne genutzt werden. Die Lage des Apartments ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radtouren in den Nationalpark Eifel, das Rurtal oder das Hohe Venn.

Spacious apartment in a fantastic location in Simmerath-Dedenborn, located directly on the Rur. Our house is the ideal starting point for hikes on the Eifelsteig, around the Rursee and in the national park. From the private balcony you have a magnificent view of the Rur. Distance to the supermarket: 8 km From January 1, 2025, you will have to pay us an overnight accommodation fee (5% of the booking price) in cash. This amount must be passed on 1:1 to the municipalities!

Vacation in beautiful Monschau-Rohren

Very quietly located apartment in a small but fine place. There is a small grocery store 250 meters away. 50 meters away is an MTB bike rental. Bicycles are of course available with and without support. The entrance to the Eifelsteig and Ruruferradweg are very close. Likewise, in the center of the village is a large playground built in 2019. In the village, there is a new very good restaurant. "Matthias im Gasthaus" It's worth a visit.

The apartment has an area of about 120 sqm and is furnished to a high standard. Last renovation in 2018. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 guests. On request, a crib and a highchair can be provided. The terrace at the back belongs to the apartment. There is a covered seating area as well as a ping-pong table. A charcoal grill is available. Children can also play in the garden.
