Everything is crooked & lopsided and low! Back-to-basic, cozy chatter instead of beeps but with infrared sauna. Lovely to relax before you roll into the nice double bed. To wake up in the morning with (or by) the smell of freshly baked rolls (bakery around the corner). Here you forget the hectic and stress of everyday life!

Appartement dans une villa de caractère située dans le quartier de Balmoral au dessus de la ville de Spa (3 km) et à 12 km du circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. L'appartement est situé au niveau du jardin et comprend une cuisine équipée avec un coin repas, une chambre avec un lit double d’1m80, une salle de bain avec douche et un WC indépendant. Il dispose d'une entrée individuelle et d'une vaste terrasse avec deux parties abritées pouvant être chauffées et jouit d’une vue magnifique sur la vallée.

Es ist Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 1 Baby (Babybett vorhanden). Ein Sitzplatz im Freien, direkt an der Göhle, steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.

Spacious apartment in a fantastic location in Simmerath-Dedenborn, located directly on the Rur. Our house is the ideal starting point for hikes on the Eifelsteig, around the Rursee and in the national park. From the private balcony you have a magnificent view of the Rur. Distance to the supermarket: 8 km From January 1, 2025, you will have to pay us an overnight accommodation fee (5% of the booking price) in cash. This amount must be passed on 1:1 to the municipalities!

Vacation in beautiful Monschau-Rohren

Very quietly located apartment in a small but fine place. There is a small grocery store 250 meters away. 50 meters away is an MTB bike rental. Bicycles are of course available with and without support. The entrance to the Eifelsteig and Ruruferradweg are very close. Likewise, in the center of the village is a large playground built in 2019. In the village, there is a new very good restaurant. "Matthias im Gasthaus" It's worth a visit.
