Cozy apartment

Beautiful apartment with a view of the old town of Bad Brückenau. The apartment consists of a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a living room. The sofa in the living room can be pulled out as a bed with a mattress, so that a third person or children can find space. Bad Brückenau is beautifully located and offers excellent hiking opportunities in the Rhön. Grocery stores, bakeries, butcher shops, a pharmacy, ice cream parlors, and several restaurants are within walking distance.

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

INFO: Charging station for electric cars (for a fee) PRICES: 1st person €34; each additional person €23 per day. My apartment (about 100 square meters) is comfortably furnished and has a magnificent view of the countryside. It is located in a district of the city of Schlüchtern, close to Brandenstein Castle. From here there are a variety of hiking trails in the nearby and surrounding area. TIP: The apartment is a great base for geocachers.

Our cottage is located on two floors and offers three cozy bedrooms. The spacious living room is equipped with a TV incl. DVD collection. The bathroom has a bath, shower is available separately. The kitchen has everything you needed. Especially family-friendly is the private parking space and the large garden, ideal for playing ball. Here, families can relax and enjoy the time together. The cozy non-smoking apartment is ideally suited for couples, families and fitters and is located on the 2nd floor of our 2-family house in a quiet residential area in the beautiful Zeitlofs (Bavarian Rhön). It can accommodate up to 5 people and is equipped with everything you need for a short or longer stay.

Vacation home with sauna

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
