Large living room with high-end convertible sofa bed, independent kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, "Dolce Gusto" espresso machine, Two bedrooms with respectively a large bed of one meter 60 and two separate beds. A large bathroom with sink and washing machine. Separate toilet. Cupboards and storage. Large veranda with sea view furnished with garden furniture and table for lunch. Welcome to our beautiful region. You will be 900 m from the beaches and close to all the shops. There are many activities, amusement or theme parks, markets etc... The studio is bright. It is next to our house. Fitted and equipped kitchen, 1 140 cm bed in the mezzanine and 2 new sofa beds (click clack and BZ) and walk-in shower, separate toilet. You can eat outside, parking in front of the studio. No pets allowed except in exceptional cases + €5/day
