T3 completely renovated in June 2025, facing the sea on the Vendée corniche between St Gilles Croix de Vie and Le Bourg de Sion sur Océan. The beach, walks at the foot of the apartment, Sion shops less than 1 km away, St Gilles train station less than 3.5 km away. A panoramic view of the sea. Please note, the balcony is unfortunately not accessible this summer due to a problem with a railing of an apartment equipped with a loggia (which is not our case).

It is also a 10-minute drive from St Gilles Croix de Vie with its shops, fishing port, little train, restaurants and shuttle to Ile d'Yeu. No pets allowed.
