From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where chamois, fox and rabbit still say good night. Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoeists. There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

Genieße einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt mit Blick auf den Bodensee in Sipplingen. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten am Wasser und am ersten Restaurant. Sipplingen hat eine wunderschöne Strandbar und mehrere Restaurants. Handtücher, Fön, Bettwäsche, Heißluftfrittöse, Kaffeevollautomat, Kühl-Gefrierschrank sind in der Unterkunft vorhanden. Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

Apartment on the first floor with separate entrance and private terrace. Our facility is decorated in modern and country house style. You have a fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, a large bathroom with walk-in shower. In the apartment is a large bedroom with a double bed in the size 180/200. In addition, in the area of the living room, there is a pull-out couch with the dimensions 140/200. All our beds are equipped with toppers. Towels on site.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time."
