Perfect stay! Riccardo's apartment is impeccable: clean, well maintained and located in a residence directly in front of the lake. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, complete with mocha with powdered coffee and a waffle machine, a much appreciated detail. Riccardo is an exceptional host: he welcomed us with great availability, giving us very useful tips on the attractions of the area. In addition, he graciously offered to take us from the station to the apartment and vice versa, making our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Barbora is wonderful! The apartment is PERFECT! We fell in love with Desenzano because of the apartment! The bikes were very fun to ride by the lake. We had the best family vacations!

An amazing pool area and view from balcony were the best. Apartment has everything you need, even playstation for kids. Mauro is very helpful host always ready to help you in any question! Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend! Very atmospheric place, super equipped in great location. Beautiful and huge garden from which you can admire the lake and mountains. The children were delighted. The owner was kind and very helpful, keeping us informed about interesting events.

I can only say that Gianfranco has always made himself available. We found a super apartment furnished with every comfort, cleanliness... A place worthy of relaxation... We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment for two nights and highly recommend it! Ireen welcomed us with beautiful energy and genuine laughter. She gave us an introduction to the apartment, which is perfectly located. Garda Lake is vast, and we weren’t sure where to stay, but we were so happy with our choice in the end. In the morning, you can relax on the small balcony and enjoy the first rays of sunlight and a beautiful Italian view. A refreshing swim is just a few minutes away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to explore. After a day out, you can return to shower (just note that water pressure can be an issue in the area), then head down the stairs to catch a breathtaking sunset and treat yourself to gelato by the lake. Elisa was also incredibly responsive and caring throughout our stay, and her collection of books is a lovely touch. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The apartment is small but very well equipped - we lacked nothing. We particularly liked the proximity to the lake and the city center. Boris is very helpful and responds quickly. We will be happy to come back!

Great apartment. Ideal for the Three of us. Not huge but everything you need. Small development of around 10/12 apartments. Wonderful view of the Lake from patio. Huge Pool & others have said practically had it to ourselves during the week. Good local restaurants, Mara was an excellent friendly host. Highly recommended😁

A lovely apartment that fit the description and was in a quiet, private residence with lake views from the roof terrace and pool area. Located well to get to near by lake towns and walking distance to Moniga and near by amenities. Marco was a fabulous host, friendly, accommodating and very helpful with local knowledge. Had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Apartment provided everything we needed. Glad we hired a car and parking available. Would be happy to visit again.

We are a family of 3 adults and 2 babies. Marta was very accommodating, she arranged cots and high chairs for our babies which was amazing to have on holiday. The location is perfect, only a 7 minute walk into Peschiera del Garda along the walk way, gorgeous restaurant next door (I'll Forte cappuccini) and literally just on the lake. The pool area is beautiful. Marta and Matilde were great at communicating with us. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. We are a family of five, with three boys aged 12-20. Nice apartment with plenty of room We especially enjoyed the large and great private outdoor area, with several seating groups, both in the sun and shade. Large, clean and great pool, where we were often was to ourselves. Incredibly beautiful and peaceful area, with a short distance to many beautiful cities and towns. We visited Lazise, Sirmione, Verona and Bardolino among others. Can recommend a trip to all of these places. The apartment has private road access down to the beach. On the beach there is a little rocky in the water (fresh water), and some murky water. Nice beach but we enjoyed ourselves best by the pool. Washing machine, barbecue and fully equipped kitchen to cook for yourself, while also enjoying great restaurants in the many nearby villages. Parks like Gardaland, Movieland are only a few minutes drive away. Highly recommend having a car. Extremely friendly, punctual and helpful host.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely vacation apartment! We stayed for a week and felt right at home from the start. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view of Lake Garda from the balcony was absolutely stunning – a true highlight of our stay. Our host was exceptionally friendly and attentive – she always responded quickly and helpfully to our messages, which made everything so easy. We really appreciated her warm hospitality and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-organized stay!

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment in a lovely peaceful town on the lake. The apartment has views over the lake which are beautiful. There is a secure garage under the apartment block to park a car. There was a cot for our little boy and our daughter loved sleeping in the bunks. There’s a lovely restaurant just a few minutes walk away. The car ferry port is also super close. It was a great base for exploring the lake.

We spent a few days at Apartment Rosa. It all matched the pictures and we felt like at home. The large garden and pool are unique! The proximity to the lake and the beautiful lungolago is perfect. Especially with children. Nice bars and restaurants are easily accessible on foot or by car. We'll be back

We absolutely loved Paola's place. It was easy to find, she met us at a pre-arranged time and explained everything clearly. The apartment is spotless and exactly as described, with a very comfy bed and lovely view from the balcony. It's very well placed for a short walk into town to the abundance of lovely restaurants, some of which Paola recommended to us. There is no air conditioning, which meant it could get warm overnight, but a good electric fan has been provided. We will definitely consider this place when visiting the area again!

A great stay as a couple in an idyllic setting, perfect for recharging! :)) Note for those sensitive to noise: footsteps can be heard on the stairs above the bathroom, and the French window lets in outside sounds.

The highlight is the view. Simply amazing and fantastic!! There is nothing missing in the apartment and Nicole is super helpful and also gives good tips & recommendations for the area. She was always quick and easy to reach. The location is very quiet and perfect for unwinding. There are many restaurants and markets in the area. You feel very local, as there are no tourists and many Italian villages. So you experience Italy in the original 😁

Our first visit to Lake Garda ( It’s indeed a paradise ) was made cozier - thanks to Ricardo’s home … it’s suited for family of 4, at fantastic location ( places like Malcisine , Riva Del Garda , Lazise & many others are so easily accessible..& a short drive away )… close to great restaurants, lake just behind the house , supermarket nearby .. I would highly recommend this place … kitchen for us was very important & this place had it all - very functional kitchen with everything equipped .. hosts were both very communicative & helpful .. I’ll certainly come back here again next year … Regards

It was really nice with our son there, the address was a little difficult to find, but it was very nice there and we will definitely come back. Everyone was super nice to our son and you are not overwhelmed by tourists. One of our sockets was defective, which was not a problem for us and did not affect us. I have rarely seen such clean campsite showers. The socket was only repaired after our visit. And for check-in there was a small welcome gift and everyone was super sweet. My son even received a small cuddly toy as a gift. :) Highly recommended, especially for the price. However, I would recommend that everyone open the windows regularly in the evening or possibly leave them open to sleep, as it quickly becomes warm.

Elisa was a wonderful host. Not only did Elisa help in recommending sights to visit but she also included pamphlets in her air bnb to help with deciding where to go. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home away from home. The view of Salò from the kitchen is to die for, it was truly stunning eating dinner, sipping Elisa’s welcoming gift of Prosecco and looking across at the lake and beautiful mountainside. The rooms were cute and cozy and that’s always a huge plus for me when I’m away from home for long periods. If you ever do get a chance to stay here, make sure you take Elisa’s advice and take the drive up and along the lakeside, it just becomes so exquisite. Grazie mille, Elisa. We hope to visit again one day soon.

The accommodation was nice and completely sufficient! Very nice contact and quickly reachable for questions. The terrace is very nice, you have a view over the whole lake incl. Sunset. The apartment can be reached after 54 steps, as it is a penthouse apartment. One challenge was definitely parking in the garage, especially with a large car. However, bicycles are available free of charge if you only want to move the car a little. We had a nice vacation, would come back anytime.
