Holiday rentals with a patio in Sirmione

Der Aufenthalt bei Elisabeth & Martin hat uns super gefallen ☺️! Wir würden aufjeden Fall wieder kommen. Immer freundlich, aufmerksam und zur Begrüßung gab’s direkt schon ne kalte Flasche Rosé im Kühlschrank 👌! Man kann dort richtig zur Ruhe kommen umringt von Weinreben und Olivenbäumen. Trotzdem ist man zügig am Gardasee (10 Minuten mit dem Rad). Da gab’s auch tolle Routen von Martin, damit wir nicht direkt an der Straße lang fahren mussten. Cristina and Sergio were the best hosts possible. They are so kind and caring and made me feel at home. They were flexible and accommodating to my needs and responded immediately to any questions. Everything was as described. They went out of their way to make sure that my dog Piccolina and I were comfortable, and even went out and bought an espresso machine when I mentioned that I love using them. They were a pleasure to know and spend time with. Their dog Teddy is the sweetest, and wonderful company for my nervous little rescue dog. I enjoyed my stay and managed to get around the Lake to all the towns I wanted to visit, despite not having a car. There are so many things to love in Italy, but It is the warmth and graciousness of the people I love most, and Cristina and Sergio were the personification of those qualities. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Das Mobilehome war sauber, gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was man für ein paar entspannte Tage braucht. Der absolute Höhepunkt war jedoch der wunderschöne Poolbereich und die ruhige Lage – umgeben von Weinreben, einfach traumhaft. Marta und ihre Familie waren äußerst freundlich, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

We had a very nice stay at this delightful property. It has good quality equipment and is very modern and clean. All the facilities worked as they should, no problems at all, dedicated covered parking space. Good selection of kitchen utensils, fast Wi-Fi, the apartment was as in the description and photographs. There is a nice covered area for dining in the garden. The property is located in a peaceful area but is not far from all you could need, a great base for exploring the Lake Garda area, and also close to the autostrada if you want to explore further afield. Both Alessandra and Pino were very friendly and attentive. They gave great advice on places to visit. Alessandra was especially helpful when we had a medical issue and helped direct us where to go to seek assistance. Thank you Alessandra and Pino for a pleasant and comfortable stay. We will be back.

We loved every minute of our stay. Susan, Luca and her lovely daughter Gaia are the perfect hosts. They helped us with everything possible. Made a dinner reservation at a restaurant or helped us out with lots of toys for the pool so our children had a fun time using the pool several times a day. The garden and the views are beautiful. We enjoyed the terrace so much . Every morning we enjoyed a beautiful breakfast. Everyday it looked a little different. We loved it very much and looked forward to it each day. We highly recommend a stay at this beautiful place. The apartment is newly furnished and lovely decorated and we felt at home right away. Even some toys for kids are provided. We will definitely come back. Our children and us parents had a very relaxing time. Thank you so much for having us. Looking forward to seeing you again!

Die Gastgeberin Ersilia ist sehr nett und hat uns gleich Tipps für gute Restaurants gegeben. Die Unterkunft was sehr sauber und wir fühlten wir uns gleich wie zu Hause.

Einfach ein Traum die Wohnung, unten leben und schlafen, auf der Terrasse oben Whirlpool und Sonnen, es ist mit dem Auto 5min vom See entfernt wo auch die ganze Restaurants und Läden sind, es ist einfach Ideal!

What an amazing apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped and very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring the south of Lake Garda, with easy transport access to the northern resorts too. Fiorella is a lovely host, she checked that everything was perfect during our stay and was really helpful whenever we needed any information about the local area. Thank you so much for an amazing stay, we would love to come back!

It was a lovely place to stay, so close to the Lake with a choice of 4 different places to eat very close by. The house was perfect for 5 of us, a bathroom for each couple. Very well equipped kitchen, nice modern feel to the house. Rachele always responded to any questions very quickly and did everything to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend this house.

Es war alles wie beschrieben und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist top und es war sauber! Der Pool war super und ebenfalls sauber. Für einen Urlaub mit Hund ist die Unterkunft perfekt. Alle haben sich wohl gefühlt. Der See und Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen: Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin kommen.

The 2 floor apartment was well appointed and stylishly decorated with all the mod cons you would need as a family with young children and grandparents. Pool was perfect for the little one and the gated residence felt very safe and peaceful. Perfectly situated for a walk into the old town or close by there are lovely restaurants and a lake beach is not far. Be aware that there is a city tax for tourists that you need to have cash for. The WiFi was a little slow but we managed to organise things eventually and the host assistant was so helpful and lovely. She arranged taxis for us to get to the airport and gave us some great tips on restaurants and the surrounding area and boat tours. If you get a chance do the Garda Tour boat trip to Isola Del Garda, it is really special and there is a castle and gardens to walk around when you arrive on the island, the tour guide takes you through the top of the lived in castle and you get refreshments and snacks for a break with beautiful views.

Lovely house. Much nicer in real life than in pictures. Nice to have a garden/terrace and pool for relaxing. Quiet location. A few nice restaurants 10 min walk. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house.

Fantastic stay, location just as it looks online, clean, spacious and comfortable. Groceries nearby, cycling routes and buses. Beautiful view, definitely would recommend this place!

The little house in Lina's garden is delightful. Doors open out to beautiful greenery. Lina is a friendly, generous and gracious host. Located a lovely 20minute walk along the river to the Centro Storico, it's a really calm and relaxing place to stay. A real joy. Thank you, Lina.

nice apartment. with one closed bedroom having double bed and one single bed . a living room with complete kitchen. dishwasher and oven . a second open bedroom in the top floor with a single bed and study disk. and one bathroom with shower . the view from the big balcony is very nice of the lake and mountains . its recommended for 5 people maximum . we were 7 but we managed the one nigh stay utilizing the extra mattress available in the living room and top bedroom . clean and well equipped . the host is very supportive and fast responsive .

Nice location near lake Garda, just few kms away from the expressway. Apartment equipped with everything needed for a family vacation. Must stay.

Rahatlıkla 5 kişi konaklayabilir. Ev temiz düzenli idi. Mutfak malzemeleri bir çok yemeği yapmak için yeterli idi. Ev arena di Verona ya yürüyerek 15 dk , 1,3 km. Ancak yürürken geçtiğiniz güzergah zaten gezilecekler listesinde olduğu için keyifli bir yürüyüş oluyor . Herşey makul yeterliydi.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Roberto. La résidence, avec piscine, est très agréable. L'appartement est très bien pour un séjour en famille et très bien situé. Propre et bien équipé. Le parking privé est très appréciable également. Roberto est toujours réactif et donne de bonnes adresses à proximité, merci encore ! Nous avons adoré la pizza "frite" recommandée .

Beatrice was the most welcoming host ever. It’s hard to say which thing was more impressive - Beatrice’s impeccable attention to detail, the unique architecture or the incredible view. If we could give a higher rating we would. Our plan was to travel more around Italy but opted out and stayed at Punta Dina. If we ever get back to the beautiful, mountainous Lake Garda, Beatrice’s Punta Dina will be the place for us!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hatte alles was wir für schöne Ferien brauchten. Rosaria ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie war für uns jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns auch sehr tolle Tips für viele verschiedene Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben. Wunderbarer Standort für eine einwöchige Verona- und Umlanderkundung für 2 Paare, die die geschmackvolle und mit effektiven Beschattungs- und Klimaanlagen ausgestattete großzügige Wohnung auch bei nachts nicht unter 26 Grad sinkenden Temperaturen hervorragend für gemütliche gesellige Stunden nutzen konnten. Besonderes Highlight: die schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den Giardino Giusti zum Frühstücken, Sonnen, Klönen, Ausruhen usw. weiteres Highlight: der überaus hilfsbereite, aufmerksame, freundliche und kenntnisreiche Gastgeber. Paolo!!!

De ruimte was lekker ruim en fijn dat er 2 badkamers waren. We hoefden niet op elkaar te wachten. Je kon in de buurt gratis parkeren, was in ons geval handig omdat de prive parkeerplaats te krap was voor onze auto. Op zaterdag is er een markt voor de deur waar van alles te vinden is. Je moet opletten dat je je auto tijdig weghaalt. Enig minpuntje vonden wij dat digitale slot. Was vooral bij aankomst lastig je hebt je mobiel en internet nodig en de hele lange hal en dubbele entree deur. Verder was het een fijne nette en ruime woning in een woonwijk.
