Giovanni was super helpful for our stay! We needed parking and so he went out of his was to help out and offered us multiple options. Really enjoyed our stay in Parma it is a beauty city and his place is a great base to explore from!

We had a wonderful stay in Brescello at Mariacristina’s. Check-in was incredibly smooth, and the apartment was chic and clean with everything we needed, plus an adorable balcony. Our host was a warm, helpful and communicative. Thank you for your hospitality!

Alessandro nous a fait parvenir des consignes claires et précises . Cela nous à permis d’arriver et de repartir de manière autonome . L’appartement est très beau , fonctionnel et bien équipé . Nous avons bien apprécié la climatisation avec des températures de 38 degrés dehors . Autre point appréciable : nous avons eu accès à un garage privé et sécurisé . Aucune difficulté pour aller au centre ville à pieds en 25 m’ environ . Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

Great place. Convenient location, although a bit tricky to reach by car. We ended up parking 8 min away and carrying our luggage. Would be nice to know in advance how to reach the side road for unloading. The place itself is spacious and comfortable, even though it is very echo-y. Air conditioning works beautifully.

Casa comoda con ampio parcheggio, comodissima per andare a piedi sia in centro che all'arena (25 minuti di passeggiata). Danilo molto gentile, super consigliata!

This is an amazing space. Very very clean. Lots of amenities. And a porch to walk out on and look down at the square and look at the views and watch the Starlings. You can walk everywhere and lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of comfortable space.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Nora! Alles hat bestens gepasst. Nora ist eine sehr charmante und liebe Gastgeberin. Hilfreich ihre wertvollen Tipps! Ruhige Umgebung. . . Und die Gegend lässt sich ausgezeichnet über prima Radwege erkunden (Gardasee, Borghetto, Mantua . . .).

Really lovely place, we felt right at home. Elena was always very responsive and helpful with everything, check-in and out was easy. Internet was fast and reliable with decent workspaces. We really appreciated the little details of having things like oil and herbs, etc, to use in the kitchen, rather than many bare bones Airbnbs that just have salt. Kitchen was very well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. Location is great, numerous stores in the area, including grocery stores, everything is very walkable. The only slightly negative thing is the bed is pretty noisy and squeaky when just shifting positions, which can be difficult if your partner is a light sleeper. But we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Parma -- and hopefully we do, because the food is incredible!

Abbiamo affittato questo bellissimo appartamento nella zona centrale di Parma per motivi di lavoro. Dovevamo infatti partecipare ad una fiera . Ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'appartamento è molto grande e in posizione strategica, é in una zona pedonale, ma con un parcheggio a pagamento vicino e facilmente individuabile, si trova a circa 15 minuti dalla fiera di Parma e la sera permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi ristoranti e centro città. Lo consiglio vivamente anche a chi deve fare qualche giorno di turismo a Parma, è adatto anche ad una famiglia numerosa. Manuela è gentilissima e disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza o consiglio.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole! La casa era esattamente come descritta: spaziosa, pulita e molto accogliente. Era dotata di tutto il necessario per sentirci a casa. Il check-in è stato facile e l’host è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio e speriamo di poterci tornare presto!

Io e la mia ragazza ci siamo trovati benissimo, ad ospitarci era presente Vincenzo, il papà di Francesco, che è stato puntuale e molto gentile con noi, anche nel darci tutte le informazioni necessarie. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, e la zona è molto comoda per chi desiderasse visitare Parma ma avendo comunque la possibilità di girare nei paesi fuori dal centro. Consiglio caldamente.

Jari’s place was great. We stayed here for the Cremona karting circuit. Located in a quiet area Private car parking space. The apartment was very spacious with everything you could need. The bedrooms were lovely with an open plan living/dining area. Jari helped make recommendations for dinner and was very responsive if we had a question. We would stay here again!

Grand logement situer dans une grande maison avec un très grand jardin. Idéal avec des jeunes enfants. Il dispose de tout le nécessaire et le confort pour passer un agréable séjour. Les voisins sont adorables. Rosella est une hôte attentive et a l'écoute. Nous avons reviendrons avec plaisir et pour une plus longue durée cette fois-ci. Merci.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum. Vor allem die Lage und der Ausblick sind einfach toll. Die Kommunikation mit Matthieu und Simone war immer sehr nett und schnell, die beiden sind total lieb und hilfsbereit. Der Weber Grill auf der Terrasse ist wirklich super und ergänzt die kleine Küche perfekt, wir haben ihn täglich genutzt. Was man wissen sollte ist, dass es zwar wie angegeben zwei Doppelbetten gibt, das eine aber sehr schmal ist und für unseren Geschmack zu klein für zwei erwachsene Personen, kommt aber natürlich drauf an wie viel Platz man beim schlafen braucht. Ich würde die Unterkunft daher für maximal drei Personen empfehlen. Der Ausblick vom Pool und der Pool an sich sind auch traumhaft. Auch das kleine aber feine Gym haben wir gerne genutzt. Insgesamt haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen und können es nur empfehlen!

We had a great time. The hosts were very responsive, helpful and friendly.( We had an issue when we arrived at the airport and the hosts were very supportive). We enjoyed the pool a lot. We also received very good recommendation and places to visit as well as restaurants. Veronica and Vanessa were very attentive. The place is new and every thing is very functional. The access is easy and the instructions are very clear. It is in a very peaceful location with a few nice restaurants near by and it is an excellent base to move around in the area. I cannot wait till their next building with the Spa will be completed! Thank you Vanessa and Veronica. I do recommend!

Die perfekte Unterkunft um Parma zu entdecken. Sie liegt perfekt um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen und gleichzeitig schön ruhig. Ein süßes Café direkt vor der Haustür - ein paar Häuser weiter eine tolle Trattoria. Dazu super schön eingerichtet - in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht um sich auch daheim (ja, daheim 😁) etwas zu zaubern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt - für uns gibt es ab sofort in Parma nur noch eine Unterkunft. :)

We had the best stay ever, thank you! We have a one year old and it was lovely to have clean towels every day, the flat is also really close to the swimming pool and the restaurant on site is definitely a plus. The flat was well maintained and everything was really clean. We hope to be back soon!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Alice e la sua famiglia il week end di San Valentino io e mio marito e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dall’attenzione per il cliente, ci ha fornito tantissime soluzioni per attività e ristoranti dove mangiare. Il monolocale era attrezzato di tutto il necessario, studiato nei minimi particolari come tutto l’arredamento incantevole. In frigo c’erano tutti i prodotti della loro azienda agricola che dire uno più buono dell altro (yogurt, panna cotta e budini e latte di altissima qualità di montagna). Obbligatorio visitare la loro fattoria perché ne vale davvero la pena vedere da vicino l’amore e la passione che mette la famiglia nell’ attività e soprattutto un ringraziamento speciale va a Paolo il titolare e papà di Alice che ci ha incantato durante la visita in fattoria. Che dire, continuate così che non potrete avere altro che ospiti super felici e soddisfatti di tutto ciò che proponete. Chicca la spa veramente deliziosa e accogliente da provare assolutamente

Bell'appartamento, a poca distanza da Parma, in un area di campagna molto tranquilla con parcheggio privato. L'alloggio offre tutte le comodità e necessità per un confortevole soggiorno. L'host è gentile e disponibile. Raccomandato sicuramente!

We highly recommend this flat! It was all we could ask for. Went there with our grown up children and loved every second. Especially appreciated the kind welcome and good communication since this was our first visit.

Amazing doesn’t come close to describing this place, it’s like your home away from home, except waaaaaay nicer! Would love to rent this place next time I’m in Italy!
