House for 4+1 people in a quiet village 20 minutes away from Rovinj and other famous destinations. The whole house has underfloor heating and in the winter months it is very pleasant to stay in it. The house has 2 bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom, the living room can accommodate 1 more person. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and on the terrace by the pool there is an outdoor kitchen with a bread oven and a barbecue. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool 8x5m and another building with a sauna and another bathroom.
