Peaceful unique townhouse in the artists' city

A unique opportunity to see and stay in one of the two small, yellow, brick-built houses by the water. The two houses were restored in 1978-79 and in 1982 received a diploma from the "Association for Building and Landscape Culture" and "Europa Nostra". The two houses are protected to this day and are mostly seen as a photo stop for tourists. The house is located right down to the water, which is seen from the windows, but at the same time in the middle of the city, with life and a lot of activities. If you want to be on the beach, Kobæk beach is only 2 kilometers away.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Relax on the leather sofa, enjoy a hot bath in the bathtub with a nice cup of coffee from the espresso machine, or sleep well in the comfortable Dunlopillo adjustable bed. The apartment has a full kitchen, 60" flat-screen TV with TV streaming and a cozy dining area. Only 140 m to the pedestrian street, 550 m to the harbor and 3.5 km to Kobæk Beach. Rema 1000 and pizzeria are just 100 meters away.

My charming wooden cottage, located 100 meters from the edge of the forest, invites you to the simple primitive life surrounded by peace and beautiful nature. Sleep well in the cabin's loft overlooking the field, and enjoy your morning coffee among the birdsong and maybe you'll see a deer. Breakfast and drinks can be purchased. Please ask. Small double bed in the loft for 2. Bedding for child/adult, with mattress/weekend bed in the living room. Sheets, duvet and pillow covers and towels are included

Skafterup gl.skole v.skov and beach

Charmerende trelænget ejendom, som ligger smukt i udkanten af Skafterup og på vejen til Bisserup, med sandstrand og en lokal hyggelig havn. En 80 m2 lejlighed med åben stue/køkken og direkte adgang til haven. Fokus på Bæredygtighed med bl.a. genbrugsmøbler. Ejendommen er renoveret med respekt bl.a. vinduer malet med linolie, bindingsværk af egetræ, papiruldsisolering mv. Affaldssortering og genanvendelse er vigtigt her hos os, så vi optimerer råstoffer og materialer for fremtidens generationer.

Imagine an escape from the noise of everyday life in the heart of an old forest, where only the sounds of nature fill the air. Inside, the cottage offers a charming atmosphere with rustic details. The open fireplace is the heart of the home - a perfect gathering place. Outside, a large terrace awaits, capturing the sun's rays from morning to evening. It's the ideal place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The area invites long hikes, where the silence is only broken by the many sounds of the forest.

Sovesofa med 2 sovepladser, samt en seng med 2 sovepladser (1,5 mandsseng) . Lille thekøkken med 2 kogeplader. Lille køleskab. Elkedel, brødrister, samt service. Brændeovn. Lille badeværelse med wc og bruser. Dejlig terrasse med bord og stole. Prisen er for opredning til 2 personer. Vi kan tilbyde ydereligere opredning til 100 kr. per. person.

Beautiful guest house

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while we renovated our farm, which is 25 meters from the guest house separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it has a beautiful view of grasslands with wild game and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly bathing area with shade and a bathing bridge. Parnasvej and the railway can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.

Home away from home… Læn dig tilbage, nyd udsigten, og lad roen sænke sig i denne nænsomt nyrenoverede, stråtækte perle fra 1860 – omgivet af natur og kun få minutters gang fra stranden. Åbn terrassedøren og træd ud på din private terrasse med udsigt til vandet. Om sommeren kan du skylle saltvandet af under udendørsbruseren. Bådhuset er en separat bolig, mens jeg bor i hovedhuset sammen med mine to katte. Rengøring er inkluderet – så du kan nyde opholdet fra start til slut.

Enjoy life by the harbor, watch the tour boat Skjelskør V leave the dock, and explore the city's nature and art life. Electric charging stations are located a few meters from the apartment.

Cozy and spacious summer cottage at Kobæk Strand

Our cottage is for cozy, relaxing family and friend trips. There are 3 good double beds in 3 rooms. There is a loft with room for slightly larger children, nice mattresses. A very user-friendly house, simple and nice. There is a good internet connection and good board games in the house. We have opted out for the sake of coziness. The beach is 500 meters away. There is a good restaurant and ice cream kiosk right on the beach.
