The apartment of about 50 m2 has a living room and kitchen in one, 2 small rooms (double bed 180 cm), small hallway and toilet with shower. The apartment is therefore suitable for both 2 couples or family with children. Both from the living room and the private, secluded terrace you can enjoy the view of the forest, where there are plenty of birds, squirrels, hares and deer. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and gas grill.

The beautiful Faxe bay and Noret just outside the house set the framework for an absolutely wonderful place. The house was chosen as the winner of the programme Denmark's most beautiful summer house on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m. ceilings, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for families with 2-3 children. All year round you can bathe in the "Swedish hole" ml. Roneklint and the small island Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walking – and cycling trips.

First row cottage, sauna and private beach

New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with two sleeping places and dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, hobs, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The bedroom is with a double bed and exit to the shared garden. From the bedroom there is access to bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. Note: Additional fees are required for adult numbers 3 and 4. Children are always free.

Get in full swing in this unique and tranquil space right down to the water. A simple but personal cabin overlooking the water. Sofa bed sleeps 2, as well as a bed that sleeps 2 (1.5 man bed) . Small tea kitchen with 2 hot plates. Small fridge. Electric kettle, toaster, as well as dishes. Wood-burning stove. Small bathroom with toilet and shower. Lovely terrace with table and chairs. The price is for bedding for 2 people. We can offer additional bedding at DKK 100 per person.

Charming little house in peaceful countryside surroundings, overlooking lake from the living room. Includes kitchen/living room with sofa bed, bedroom sleeps 2, bathroom and hallway. Small separate garden with secluded terrace. Dogs allowed, however, max 2 pcs. Can by appointment run loose on the entire property. Smoking in the house is not allowed but must be outdoors.

Located right next to the road with 6 km to Sorø and 6 km to Slagelse. 20 km to the beach at Stillinge. 75 km to Copenhagen. There are 2 golf courses in the area. Lots of history and beautiful nature.
