Peaceful unique townhouse in the artists' city

A unique opportunity to see and stay in one of the two small, yellow, brick-built houses by the water. The two houses were restored in 1978-79 and in 1982 received a diploma from the "Association for Building and Landscape Culture" and "Europa Nostra". The two houses are protected to this day and are mostly seen as a photo stop for tourists. Stay in the countryside in our 140 m² wooden house. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as needed. Feel free to enjoy our large garden of 15,500 m² with many cozy nooks and a fireplace. We have 15 hens and a rooster that contribute to the rural atmosphere. The house is on one level and has a large, bright living room and a country kitchen. We live in a former cottage on the property.

(Will follow in English) Fantastic charming cottage, in an excellent location! The feeling of standing on the deck of a ship when the sea and beautiful beach are 4 meters down from the house. There are stairs down to the beach. Beautiful 180 degrees view of Storebælt, both from inside the house and from the terrace. The terrace is south-facing so there is sun all day :-) It is 26 meters wide and forms the heart of our beautiful summer house. You can see both the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Our cottage is for cozy, relaxing family and friend trips. There are 3 good double beds in 3 rooms. There is a loft with room for slightly larger children, nice mattresses. A very user-friendly house, simple and nice. There is a good internet connection and good board games in the house. We have opted out for the sake of coziness. The beach is 500 meters away. There is a good restaurant and ice cream kiosk right on the beach.
