From the covered wooden terrace, there is a nice view of the water. The house is newly painted inside and out and in good condition with a new bathroom. Brand new wooden floors and new windows. There is a dishwasher and the possibility to wash clothes. From the kitchen you can see the water while cooking and at the dining table there is plenty of space due to pull-out plates.
