Inside, you’ll find a combined dining and living room, open to the kitchen—a perfect gathering point with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings, giving the space a spacious and airy feel without compromising acoustics. The house has three lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with family bunk beds. Additionally, there are two lofts, one of which is equipped with a good mattress, providing extra sleeping space. The house also features a spacious bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Here, you’ll find everything you need for a worry-free holiday. The heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout the house, ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round, and the electric car charging station takes care of all practical needs. Also, a cozy little alcove where the little ones can hide. The house has 2 rooms with 3/4 beds and a bunk room that is best suited for children. Outside there are terraces with sun all day, plenty of space, and only 300 meters to a nice sandy beach, as well as a 15-minute walk to Skallerup Klit Resort.

There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

Enthroned on top of a dune, the house stands completely by itself and right next to the beach, and the architecture exudes excess, quality and finesse. The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.
