Relax with family in this peaceful space. Here you live on the country side but still central. It is about 800 meters (10-15 minute walk) to central Skärhamn where you will find restaurants, grocery store, shopping, watercolor museum, swimming areas, pharmacy, liquor store. You have your own private backyard with lovely outdoor areas and a large lawn for play. The plot is fenced in, which is perfect if you have children and a dog. There is also a private entrance and parking for guests. In the yard of the host's house, there is a Labrador and 2 cats.

Very spacious and luxurious villa, literally a stone's throw from the sea. Walking distance to very child-friendly beach that also lends itself well for teenagers with jetties and jumping towers. A very lovely patio. The house has three floors where the bottom floor can be used as a private apartment if you want it, with its own kitchen, toilet, bedroom. In total the house has 5 bedrooms. Two double beds and 3 120 cm beds. There is a trampoline for the kids. A wood fired hot tub.

Välkommen till detta nyrenoverade hus i hjärtat av Skärhamn. Huset ligger på gångavstånd till badplats, hamnen och busshållplats med förbindelse till Göteborg. På husets första plan finns vardagsrum och kök. Övervåningen innehåller ett större sovrum med två sängar och havsutsikt, ett mindre sovrum med två sängar, allrum med en säng samt toalett Vid uteplatsen finns uppgång till utsiktspunkt med magnifik utsikt över Skärhamn och västerhavet. Fri bilparkering finns utanför huset.
