It takes approx. 10 minutes drive to Porsgrunn city centre. Possibly possibility of parking in the courtyard. Combined living room/bedroom, but separated by large shelf and curtain that closes for light. Short distance to the coastal path, beach and sports facilities. Grocery store in walking distance from the apartment.

The location is ideal with proximity to shops, eateries, train station, cinema and library. - 0.2 km to Sunday open grocery store (Joker) - 0.3-0.5 km to the street kitchen, sushi restaurant and pizza restaurant - 0.6 km to Lietorvet shopping center with wine monopoly - 0.5 km to the train station - 1 km to the city center with many good restaurants and shops.

Flott enebolig i Skien sentrum! Veldig sentralt og samtidig i rolig strøk med privatvei uten gjennomgående trafikk. Gåavstand til det meste. 2min å gå til Skien togstasjon, 5 min å gå til Skien sentrum, 3 min å gå til søndagsåpen Joker, 1 min å gå til busstopp Huset har alt du trenger av kjøkkenutstyr. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert. Huset har også vaskemaskin som kan benyttes. Dersom det er behov for leie av bil under oppholdet, så har jeg en bil som kan leies med huset for ekstra kostnad

First floor in two floor house and very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to food store, shopping mall, recreation area and bus stop.
