Walking distance to the shopping center and the Leisure Park, where you can swim, hike, play frisbee golf, paddle tennis, mini golf, tennis, climbing park +++ There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, but we can set up more beds and on the sofa. The apartment is fully furnished, with crockery and everything you will need for cooking in the kitchen.

Here it is great to go kayaking, windsurfing, etc. The outdoor area has plenty of space for most activities, and the car can be parked in the carport. Inside, the cabin appears bright and modern. Located in the middle between Skien and Porsgrunn. 100m to bus stop, 300m to shop and good parking opportunities. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and has very little traffic. You park right at the front door and the electric car charger (type 2) is ready for use. Code lock on door for easy access. The apartment is equipped with a heat pump and underfloor heating.

You will see the fjord from the windows and the boats to Sweden. It takes 8 min to drive to Sandefjord ,12 min to Larvik. Torp airport is 15 min. Put on your hiking boots and walk direct onto the hiking track and use kyststien. New 65 inchTV and high speed internet. When outside, there is noticeable traffic passing by.
