Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Here you live close to nature and the sea. The cottage is 22 sqm but there is also another bedroom in the basement under the cottage that belongs to the accommodation. Fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Here you can enjoy beautiful days in the sun on the patio with a little barbecue after swimming or hiking. From Kyrkesund's harbor, there is a short ferry ride to Härön, where you can hike, swim and visit Magasinet, the nearest restaurant. Skärhamn Tjörn's main town is 15 minutes by car.

Villa Hällene: Architectural house in a beautiful location

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Bo i ett rymligt glampingtält (6 m i diameter) på vackra Tjörn – med havet runt hörnet. Tältet har indragen el, ett enkelt pentry med kyl och vatten via vattentank, samt en mysig uteplats med en eldplats och grill. Tre bäddplatser: en dubbelsäng (180 cm) och en enkelsäng (90 cm), med möjlighet till extrabädd. Toaletten ligger en minut bort, nära till badstrand och brygga, och bara 1,5 km till Pilane konstutställning. Gratis parkering på plats. Ett riktigt sommarparadis nära naturen och havet.

Via egen trappa når ni en magisk platå på baksidan med havsutsikt och fyren Pater Noster i horisonten. Vandringsleder precis utanför, boulebana och lekplats i närheten. Modernt, smakfullt och mysigt hus med privat, skyddad tomt och stora altaner med sol hela dagen. Pilanes välkända skulpturpark ligger ett stenkast bort.

Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.

Det finns totalt 11 sängar medräknat madrasser på loft (plan 3). Utöver det finns dubbel bäddsoffa och utrymme för fler madrasser. Det finns även en lekplats i närheten. 1 vuxen- och 2 barncyklar finns och några hjälmar. Sängkläder är inte inkluderat.
